The parking garage needed a little attention for upkeep. The elevators in particular needed a cleaning. I realize the garage is not the hotel's but a public garage. Maybe they could provide a little feedback to their partners on that side. We will be back!! Great stay and amazing people!

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly. Front service members were excellent and very welcoming. My accommodations were pristine and I think I had the best night of sleep. I’ve had the entire year. I enjoyed my time in the hot tub and the happy hour and breakfast were both amazing. I will book another day very soon.

The worst signage I’ve ever experienced. A sign in front of the hotel said, “unloading area.” Waited 15 minutes in line to find out that there’s no valet parking. I’ll find the entrance down the street. A sign near the skywalk pointed you in the direction of the hotel. Then you’re on your own. But even worse was finding the parking lot the next day. And it wasn’t just us. We came across two other couples trying to find the parking lot. Finally we found a little plaque on an inconspicuous door that said Parking Lot. All toll, we probably wasted 15 minutes, both coming and going, searching for the lot.

The location was great. But pool and hot tub area was disgusting. Housekeeping never came to our room the first three days. We had to ask the front desk for the towels to be replaced and the trash to be taken out. It was very loud in the room and the vape/smoke detector flashed a bright light all night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was the most pleasant I've ever come across at any hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast spread was good and we were pleasantly surprised by a nightly cocktail hour with more food, which also had some healthy options. Bonus! Not to mention our room was very well maintained, clean, and more importantly had a comfortable bed.

The staff was excellent, they were very kind and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary food and drink services, and my family really enjoyed using the pool. I would be happy to stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel - Milwaukee again.

Our room had food still in the fridge from previous people, there was a dirty spoon and flosser stick on the floor between bedside table and bed. The sink drain barely opened, luckily my husband could use a card to open the drain so the water would drain.

The first room we were in was dirty with stained bath towels, and floor needing vacuuming. We were given another room without question so that room wasn’t really that much better and definitely felt like a downgrade from what we had before. The staff was very very friendly. The breakfast options were not great and did not look appetizing.

Came to Milwaukee for my birthday and happened upon the Drury when I was looking at hotels. Will definitely be staying there again. The staff was super friendly, the room was spotless (with a signed note left by the housekeeper who had cleaned the room), and it had the biggest hotel bathroom I’ve ever had. Only drawback was the window looked out at a brick wall, but at least I didn’t have to wake up to the sun in my face so I still consider that a win.

Comfortable bed, clean, courteous and very helpful staff. There was a good hot breakfast buffet with many choices. If you're a light sleeper there was traffic noise (specifically motorcycles) from the street below.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean, staff is friendly. Bed was comfortable; pillows leave something to be desired-thick and lumpy. Overall good experience. But because this hotel is right off the river, it was extremely noisy on a Saturday night. Between the screaming intoxicated people and the seeming drag racing down the streets; it was a tough sleep in our room. 1200. But other rooms are quieter im told. Very good experience overall and would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful but I found the pillows uncomfortable and the street noise very loud until 12:30-1:00. We were on the 12 floor but trikes and souped up cars from the nightclubs were peeling out and seemed to drive up and down N. Water Street. We would NOT stay here again.

Loved the security the hotel offered bc needed room key to use elevator, gym, pool/hot tub! Breakfast was awesome! Loved the free drink tickets for each day! Room was quiet, updated, spacious & CLEAN! Heat/ac worked great! View was nice! In/Out privilege parking for $28 was perfect! Staff was extremely friendly & helpful!

We attended a concert at the amphitheater and wanted to be able to easily walk to it and not mess with parking at the event. This hotel was perfect. We walked everywhere so easily downtown to eat and walk along the river & lake. The room was very spacious, clean & quiet. Breakfast & happy hour was a great bonus.

You have a very good staff at this facility. Very courteous, able, and interested in answering questions. Need just time to learn the business and apply. Don’t change a thing about happy hour and Breakfast It was a special touch. But… Use better eggs and sources on foods. Stay away from mass produced food processed items and brand yourself as supporting the local community of farmers. Consumers like to know that they are staying at a place that is clean, safe, and gives them clean food and water. so highlighting the eco friendly practices of service are important. Consumers like to know that they are getting authentic and fresh food. Housekeeping did a good job. Laundry facilities were great. Climate control was excellent. Check in was a bit rough due to not enough staff. No bell service employee. But management did a good job of picking up the slack. I think the upper management of your hotel chain needs to spend more time with this new business and new staff. I would shadow each department and offer on the job training. They are very capable and happy to be a part of your business and deserve the depth of experience to make them the best in service in the area.

I booked for 4 nights and showed up a day late due to a funeral I had to attend just to done our that they cancelled my entire reservation! I was happy to pay for all 4 days and only stay 3. On top of that they were fully booked and I had to stay somewhere else! They resold my room and didn't refund me. If they are charging me for 4 days that room better be available for me!! Really bad experience! Had to don't another hotel at 10 o'clock at night

Had a great stay, the hotel is close to so many things to walk to. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast everyday was really nice and the kickback was cool. The pool, gym, and laundry were well-kept. They are dog friendly. Jonathan at the front desk was extremely helpful when my bag got left behind in helping locate it and figure out how to get it back to me. All the staff were very friendly!

The check out was a little rough. Check out girl was giving me a little bit of a hard time about checking out maybe 5 to 10 minutes late. Because if conference people. I mean, she was going to charge me another $30. Believe me We were trying to get out of there. I was waiting in line for concert tickets at The Riverside. There's only so much I can do I hustled, to get back to make sure that I wouldn't have an issue with the hotel or her. I've been staying at this hotel twice a year for the last twelve years. I love the Drury. I love the rooms. I love the hot tub. I think the food is good overall.The service is really good, I just would appreciate that if I'm asking for 5 or ten minutes not to get grief from the checkout person when I spend a lot of money every year, twice a year. Overall, she wasn't rude.She wasn't mean I just really wasn't appreciative of her tone and telling me that she's going to charge me. Not to worry, I will be booking again. I love coming there. I just would really appreciate a little acknowledgement that I've been coming there for such a long time, I'm more of a VIP than any of those conference people that ever come that show up once a year and never come back ever again. You love me.Treat me like you love me!

Wonderful stay! Check in was a breeze. Assistant Manager Drew was very professional and helpful. Close to The Riverside, Pabst Theater. 5:30 Kickback was totally amazing with free food and drinks as was the free breakfast buffet! We will definitely be back.

All front desk staff that we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in downtown Milwaukee several times over the years and for a large downtown hotel this exceeded our expectations. It is very close to places we like to visit like the Public Market and Benelux Cafe which about a five minute walk. We were staying downtown to attend the Neil Young concert at the BMO pavilion on the Summerfest grounds. This was a very straightforward 30 minute walk to the concert.

Fantastic experience. Hotel is clean, modern, and has a great layout. Breakfast and happy hour food is incredible. Parking ramp is next to hotel and easy to navigate. Convenient to walk to restaurants, Bucks game, and other venues. All staff were so friendly- highly recommend.
