The lobby and pool area were very nice and updated. the free coffee was appreciated. A corner of the room appeared to have some kind of damage as the wall paper was wrinkled. We discovered our ground floor window had been unlocked the whole time as we were leaving, which is a safety concern. Favorite thing was the hot tub!

Nice bar and restaurant inside and the food was good. I wish breakfast was included or discounted. Pool was nice and warm but they didn’t have pool towels handy. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. My only 2 small complaints was how loud the doors closed, which was distributive at night with people coming in and out. Also the heater even when set to 61 seemed to heat the room to 70. We kept having to get up and turn it completely off to adjust the room temp.

Hotel had it's own restaurant and bar for which we dined in at dinner. Service and food was ok. Went back down for breakfast in the morning and service was terrible. Couldn't be seated as no one was around. Waited for water and acknowledgement of any sort for 15 minutes. Ordered coffee and juice and server disappeared again. After 45 minutes we finally left and walked next door to Starbucks. A guest at the hotel was getting arrested for whatever reason so had two police officers there handling that. Construction was going on in the pool area and that was very loud very early. No coffee in the lobby nor ice machines. Will never return.

Hotel seemed dirty. Walls had drip marks and coffee cups on table in dining area were dirty. Also there were old screws left in the wall from an old mirror. The staff was very accommodating whenever we needed something. They went above and beyond to get us coffee and ice when asked.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting, and it was a complete disappointment. The photos in the listing are completely misleading, and the room description is nothing like what they actually offer. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold stains all around the sink. The heating didn’t work in the common area, and inside the room, the temperature was all over the place. On top of that, there was dust everywhere, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I brought up these issues with the front desk, but they simply shrugged it off and told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable! This was a terrible experience, and I would never stay here again. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they enjoy false advertising and filthy conditions.

Overall the property was ok. Staff was friendly and efficient in registering. Room was good, bed comfortable. My low scores are due to the mold found in the bathroom shower ceiling. I was going to shower but when I saw that & the extent (guessing 1’ diameter) I was turned off on using the shower. Otherwise, from all o could see, the room, bedding, lobby all seemed clean and pleasant.

The 2nd floor corridor carpets were extremely dirty and in terrible condition. So was out bathroom floor and the water flow in the shower was very low. Only the exterior of the hotel is in good shape.

Room 335–Floors and bathroom was dirty, sink barely drained, room reeked of cigarette smoke at night, lampshades had red stains, housekeeper tried to enter my locked room uninvited at 10:30am (checkout is noon) after already knocking on the door an hour earlier asking if I needed towels. Seemed suspicious. Common areas were dirty too. I would not recommend

The hotel had rooms which was great & in a safe area. But we were given a room on the first floor that was dingy & smelled like cigarettes and pot smoke. The front clerk was okay about moving us to a different room but he did accomodate the move. Several other families were complaining about the cigarette/marijuana smoke smell as well. The second room was much better but still dingy. Dirty walls & floor. The beds were clean though. It would be nicer if really cleaned well.

The hotel was very clean, but our room 115 had some specific issues. The heat didn't go up past 68 degrees and it took a long time to get to that. Most of the night it was 67 degrees and I set the Thermostat to 70 degrees. The toilet also randomly "ran" throughout the night. And the bathroom fan wouldn't turn on.

The accessible room shower had a bar where the hand held shower and hose would be attached while sitting in the accessible chair. The attachment was broken so showering while siting was not possible. Very dissatisfied for an accessible room.

This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had- every single staff member we met was incredibly friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond and helped us get into a room when we arrived quite a bit earlier from the airport than anticipated. The shuttle to and from the airport was so so convenient! There’s also a ton of food options very close by, a lot even within walking distance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Milwaukee! :)

The maid came in our room 3 times while we were in the room and once was while my husband was in the bathroom which she entered and he had just got out of the shower. Bed was never made. Coffee and water cups were never refilled. Toilet was leaking. Water was dripping inside the wall in the bathroom. Ran out of toilet paper because it was never filled because the room was never serviced the 5 days we were there. Wont be back

I travel and stay in hotels often. This particular experience was awful. I booked through Hotels.com which uses Expedia and chose this hotel specifically due to the availability of a one bedroom suite. The reservation was non-refundable. Upon arrival near midnight the room was not available even though I had already paid. The hoel manager blamed Expedia and said that i will have to take it up with them. Also, no linens were in the room for the sofa bed. The paid-for breakfast was not available even though we showed up before the restaurant closing hours since the server had to do an aiport run. Please consider another hotel before booking here.

The property was nice and the person who checked us in was friendly. But the room that I booked was not available (2 queen beds), and one of us had to stay on the couch instead of a bed. In addition, during breakfast, no staff member came to collect my breakfast ticket or acknowledged that I was there for breakfast. Overall it was a nice hotel, but I'm not sure if I would stay again due to not having the room we booked or not being acknowledged by staff.

It’s old but it is a great place to stay near the Milwaukee airport and the staff are all super friendly. They have a list of places to eat and we went to Amelia’s Bar and it was great.

This is a very nice hotel at the Milwaukee airport. It’s actually right next to a Culver’s if you need to get something to eat and it’s about a three minute drive to the airport itself. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was. They were wonderful and took care of everything perfectly

Room was on first floor with windows toward parking lot. Could hear loud groups outside sporadically late at night. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, but very outside of room carpet wet and stained. Not sure where front desk clerks were. Although we got apology, service in restaurant was almost non existent. Several people unhappy and walking out. Breakfast is not buffet, have to order. Food was not worth the wait. Didn’t use, but pool area looked nice.
