Very nice room and shuttle was great. Just sucked not having the elevator.

Fridge didn’t work, elevators were out, no parking, cleaning service wasn’t done, no lobby or space to hang out.

The staff was very accommodating as far as getting us on the 1st floor with the elevator out of order. They were great. Also we went to the restaurant/bar to purchase a bottle of wine for our room the bartender was fabulous with us as well as everyone on at the bar. She was excellent.
