Did a weekend trip with the family and the pool for closed the whole time we were there. Bummer for my 5 yr old. Also states continental breakfast, but when going down to breakfast, I guess you had to get a little breakfast card when you check in and we weren’t given one, so had to go out somewhere else.

For such a large hotel there should be two people at the counter. The parking lot was dark, no luggage racks available, enormous potholes in parking lot. Roll in shower had hand held showerhead with no clamp to control height of spray. No shelf in shower to hold soap or shampoo. Thermostat not user friendly...had to get maintenance to get some heat. I checked out after one night...would not stay the original four i was planning on.

Came into town for Summerfest and this was the only reasonably priced hotel left that accepted dogs. The hotel overall appeared to be well maintained, but I had some issues. The elevator had a strong urine odor and was visibly dirty, as was the hallway carpet. The air conditioning in my room sucked! It seemed to turn off intermittently and would only run on fan mode, which left the room feeling humid and uncomfortable. Sleeping was difficult because of how warm and sticky the air became overnight. The fitness facility was just okay. While I appreciated having access to it, there was a hole in the ceiling with water dripping and it didn’t feel safe. I just rushed my workout to get out. That said, the one thing that truly made a positive impression was the exceptional customer service. From check-in to the daily greetings from the front desk team, everyone was friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming to both me and my puppy. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out. While I was disappointed by the cleanliness and A/C issues, I would consider returning because of the staff. The service was top-notch, and with a few improvements, this hotel could be a great place to stay.

I asked for a quiet room, and they put me across the staff area where I am trying to sleep but can’t due to vacuuming at 9 PM. The bathroom didn’t have a hairdryer or soap/shampoo and the bed sheets had stains that looked like blood or poop. One of my worst hotel stays in my life.

I previously stayed here a couple times per year but hadnt been here in about 2 years. It is beginning to fall into disrepair. Had to be moved from 1st room because bathroom was filthy. Looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag. 2nd room was on a floor where the hallway smelled like weed for the entire first day.

Not much to do walking distance. The lobby was nice but everything else was very outdated. Not at all what I expected from a Crown Plaza property. Bathrooms are small, rooms look like they are from the 80’s, limited storage space, bed was awkwardly angled from the wall. Breakfast coupons were bought for my stay were a $12 value, didn’t see that posted anywhere until we received them. Oh, but you can use them at Starbucks, but turns out I bought 3 Grande coffee drinks and used 2 coupons and still had to pay more. Think of it more as a 2 star quality and your expectations may be met. Overall, not impressed and we wouldn’t stay there again.

Check-in is at 3. I arrived at 3:45 and my room was not ready. The hotel wasn't even busy with a mostly empty parking lot. Not being able to check in set in motion a series of unfortunate events that could have been easily prevented. If you need a room promptly, look elsewhere. If you need a mediocre room and are flexible, this might work for you.

We had a positive experience with the staff, who kindly relocated us to a different room due to a leaky shower. However, upon checking out, we were surprised to see additional fees added to our bill. The original total for two nights was $179, including tax and fees, (with incidental charges $278) but after removing the incidental charges, the total still came out to be $224, with an extra $45 added on top of the initial amount :( This seems unusual compared to our recent stay in Chicago, where the final bill matched the expected total when we booked. As someone who always leaves hotels in the same condition as I found them, I was disappointed to see the total bill balloon after checkout. considering the hotel's condition and location in Milwaukee, I felt the final amount was excessive The hotel’s condition was slightly old and not new, with dirty floors. Considering the nightly rate was over $100+ ,(after checking out) I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value and amenities.

Absolutely unacceptable. We arrived at check in and were told that our room was not ready. It was hours until we were able to finally check in. The room was not clean for how long it took them to clean it. They told us it would only be a few minutes when in reality we waited hours. Just pathetic. No professionalism nor apologies. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are too many issues to even address in a short review. The biggest issue was that they wouldn't honor the price that was quoted on Hotels.com. They also accused me of checking out early even though I had the dates right on my confirmation. No coffee in the room,no housekeeping, empty soap dispenser, pool not open at the posted time, the Starbucks on the premises was out of everything, ice machine not working....I could go on.

Went to breakfast service was amazing by Becky. Felt sorry she was the only server and she did a. amazing job. We booked thru Expedia. Upon checking in, we were told by the host that the breakfast that we purchased through Expedia was voided. “It’s only for members”. We were told we’d get a refund for the total of $24 ($12 each) by the host (we didn’t). Then the host says we can purchase the breakfast if we’d like through them. So that was confusing. We saw in the elevator a sign that said $12 ea. breakfast. Nothing about a being a “member”. We ate somewhere else. The bed was rock hard. The fitted sheet was stained but clean. I’ll post pics if possible. The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work.

Overall, we enjoyed this hotel! The pool was big for a hotel. The breakfast food was good but we only got to eat two of four days because there was only one server and a big line. I wish I didn’t buy the breakfast vouchers for that reason. The rooms were comfortable. There were Starbucks drinks for purchase in the lobby.

It took 3 attempts to obtain a functioning set of key cards to get into the room. Once we got in, we found the pull out couch absolutely covered in dog hair. The mattress of the couch had stains all over it and no linen. A call was made to the front desk and we were advised someone was coming to handle the situation. 45 minutes later nobody had arrived and we left. The manager was kind and assisted in a refund.

The hotel is a bit worn, the lobby area is nice but hallways and rooms are somewhat lacking. We went 2 days without shower amenities even after requesting 2x.
