Well, it’s very upsetting when you go to a hotel and the amenities listed aren’t even there. No workout facilities and hot tub out of service! The hallway and room had a bad smell to them. Had me worried about the area… there was an incident that happened where a women was laying on the ground screaming… not sure if she was on drugs or if she got assaulted in some way. But, talked with the lady at the front desk, she call the police. Also, when I asked for a regular blanket… because I am allergic to feathers, she told me they aren’t real feathers and the other hotel worker rolled her eyes, like I was being ridiculous for asking for a different blanket without feathers. We pay a lot of money for these hotel stays… and I just don’t feels it’s right to get responses like this.

Nice greenspace for kids to run around. Pool is way too small. My key cards stopped working at least twice. The elevator was scary. Need a second waffle maker.

Over all it was good the lady and man at the front desk when i arrived where super nice and friendly. The afternoon lady was very rude and crabby to my kids for no reason other then the fast my kids were being kids and swimming and having fun in the pool. would of enjoyed my stay way more if we didnt have to deal with her.

The front desk customer service is excellent! They go above and beyond to be helpful, especially Tara. The breakfast buffet provides a large variety of options for all dietary needs and the staff is very friendly. The buffet is kept well stocked and clean. If you are looking for a property, which has friendly staff, very clean, has a wonderful breakfast and is accessible. I recommend this property.

Walked next door to a Kwik Trip and walked to a nice restaurant for dinner. Target across the street with other food and shopping options nearby. 8 minute drive to UW Stevens Point.

The hotel was great and the staff members were nice. The issue I had was kids, running up and down the hallways for hours. I waited to call staff to complain. But when it hit around 10pm, I couldnt take it. I called staff, no answer. I waited and called again and someone answered and said they would take care it. I waited and kids were still running through the halls and knocking on doors. I had to get out the bed and told them that people were trying to sleep. They then stopped and ran into their rooms. I found out next morning, that it was a youth hockey team.

Over all it was good the lady and man at the front desk when i arrived where super nice and friendly. check in was painful. lady was terse and not very friendly. requested a top floor week prior, wouldnt allow it because I used Hotel.com and not fairfield....3rd party . when in the past other hotels have always accomadated regardless. Other than checking in with the tired worn front desk lady, it was fine.

I booked a single room for three people with 2 Queen size beds. When I was checking in I was given 1 king size bed and was told that the 2 Qweens are not available and the hotel is complete booked. Called Expedia and the reservation specialists gave me an option for me to cancel my reservation and try to book a different room somewhere else. I was furious as we came here for a soccer tournament, we were staying at the same hotel as the rest of the team we chose the location of the hotel based on proximity of the event and you can imagine that as last minute option the day of reservation NOTHING was available anywhere with 45 min of the fields. This is the second time in 9 months I have had reservation issue with Expedia. I will strongly recommend that people book direct or if you have an upcoming reservation done through Expedia, call the property and make sure the room you are booking is correct
