This property has ice and vending, a continental breakfast, coffee in the lobby and a McDonalds across the street. There's a pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It was clean and quiet with great in room air conditioning.

The hot tub was broken. Sauna doesn't get warm, pool was ok. Beds were super soft and not comfortable. Wouldn't stay again.

Property was clean, staff friendly, pool and hot tub very clean. I would recommend this hotel for either overnight stay or a week like we stayed. Rooms very clean and spacious.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at recently. My room, including the bathroom, was immaculately clean and well maintained. The common areas were just as well cared for. I’m going to look for AmericInns whenever I travel. I can’t think of a thing to improve.

Staff was very friendly and layout nice in the suites. However, property is very tired. Outside needs staining, the sofa was frayed at bottom and sunk down a couple inches when you sat down. Comforter looked like someone slept on it — terribly wrinkled. Would be a nice place if they did some much needed updates.

We have stayed here before and the room before was much cleaner. I am not sure the bathroom this time was even cleaned. There was a glob of black hair on the bathroom floor!! A partially used complimentary bottle of shampoo and conditioner was left on the vanity! In the living area, there was all kinds of crud under the table. Breakfast was decent and the girl taking care of that area was very friendly and kept it well stocked.

The facility was conveniently located and easy to get in and out. There were cobwebs in the stair well, garbage in the hallway. We checked in at 1730 hrs, had to ring for service, he was very stoic and sounded like a welcome recording. He was not personal or welcoming at all. The lobby area appeared clean and in order but was very hot. He had to go upstairs and check to see if our room was ready, it was. When we got in the room it smelled like chemicals. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and never got comfortable. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable. If you want to charge the same price as resorts, then you need to at least offer something more than lower end hotels. This was at best a 200 dollar a night hotel, charging almost 400 dollars for this was very disappointing.

Hot tub, all jets broken or missing or something, water just bubbles up along edge. It was also dirty and missing grout. My wife spilled a cup of water in the room, she put a towel over the spot to soak up the water and the towel came up absolutely filthy. Place just seems as it’s being neglected.

When I checked in I was given a room assignment that was, unknown to me, already occupied. When I keyed in, there were two people lying in bed that, much like me, were shocked and scared. I quickly shut the door and went back to the desk where an apology wasn't initially offered. Instead, I stood at the desk for close to 15 minutes while the attendant called the manager to try and remedy the situation. He eventually found me another room, but the staff refused to make any adjustments to my billing for the inconvenience. While the room was overall okay, the bed and pillows were awful. I ended up checking out a day early.

The room was clean and staff was great but the room walls are pretty thin. We could hear the people in the room next door like they were in the room with us. Also we were in room 103 and anything time someone would use the bathroom upstairs you could hear it. Overall we were pretty disappointed especially since it’s in a tourist area.

First off they charged me double. I paid through Expedia and they charged me again when i got there. They said it would be refunded to me. No WIFI. Pool was closed the first night. The first morning we were there someone was spraying bug spray around our window. I opened the cartins and seen alot of bugs in between the windows. I told them about that. The second night i seen a bug on the wall. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Pool was open the morning we check out. Went in the hot tub. Pool and hot tub was great.

Property is right along the main road into town. Very convenient! Property is next to Target and across street from McDonalds. We liked the convenience! But then we travel with kids. Hotel itself was well kept, clean, quiet and generally very nice. There is a roomy elevator and a no-step entrance.

Not the fanciest but a simple thing like being able to open the window for some fresh air was great. The beds were very comfortable and the larger refrigerator was wonderful when traveling and bringing our own food along. The location was nice for heading up and down the door. New Starbucks down the block made this the perfect spot for us!

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired there were several choice which was good but but eggs were so so sausages were terrible were so hard and dried out you couldn’t eat them and this was the same over several days.

Convenient location on Hwys 42 & 57 in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Pleasant and welcoming staff at the desk. Comfortable room though nothing special. Breakfast food was running out by 8:30 a.m. Choices were limited. Coffee was not hot.
