The parking was quite a distance from the entrance, with very limited closer handicap parking. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. There was only one set of elevators, so the distance from the elevator to the room was pretty far.

While a newer property, rooms felt dated. Comfortable beds. Fairly clean. Super cold room. The, “Warm” breakfast buffet appeared to be sitting out awhile and this was at 7:30. Waffles were already cold. Pool and hot tub small, but nice to have as an option. Not walkable to anything.

We stayed here in July during the week the Republican National Convention was in town, so the hotel was probably busier than usual. The room was pretty spacious for myself and 2 children, but we had an issue with the cleaning staff, the vending machine and the restaurant. The cleaning staff - on two occasions - skipped our room, even though we were literally there waiting for them. When we went next door to ask them to come back, they said NO and when we asked if we could just have some extra towels, the ALSO DIDN’T GIVE THEM TO US. It was super annoying. The vending machine on the floor didn’t work and when we went down to complain, the reception staff said they knew, but that it was owned by a different company. (Even a sign would have helped us not spend money in it!) There was also a nationwide IT fail in the middle of it - but the restaurant is somehow not connected to the main hotel billing system, so they wanted a cash payment (not mentioned at the beginning of the meal), so that was frustrating. The hotel itself is a decent place, with ample parking, but I think they were at capacity with perhaps not enough staff to handle things.

Room was good but a little small, even for a king suite. Windows overlooked a metal roof which was disappointing. Bathroom near and clean with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Attached restaurant had decent pricing.

Only issue was a fire alarm that went off at 5am and evacuated whole hotel. Never saw a hotel person communicate anything or make an announcement, although I went to car in south lot. Didnt stick around to use hot tub which is why I chose this hotel.

Excellent gentleman assisted me at check-in. Very professional. Restaurant was awesome! Our waitress was top notch, and steak was cooked to perfection. PS Her son who also works there did an excellent job serving our food also! Thanks for the great stay!
