The staff made the difference at this hotel. Breakfast was better than the usual “free breakfast”, and expertly managed by a very friendly and hard-working staff member. The pool was warm and spacious, the room was clean and comfortable and they let us have a late checkout at noon.

The property was conveniently located, clean and felt very safe! Loved the workout room (equipped with a nice variety of dumbbells) and the variety at breakfast. However we unfortunately chose this hotel for the hot tub and it was broken the first two of our three nights there. Another family at the pool said they got an email to let them know but we didn’t. I would have rebooked at another hotel had we known. If that’s not important to ya, it’s a great option.

At check in we were informed the room we had selected had a leak in the shower. We were upgraded to adjoining rooms for our family and that was amazing. The not so amazing part was when our 3 year old got accidentally locked on one of the rooms while she was sleeping. The front staff jumped in to action and were there to help quickly. The only other "thing" was the chlorine was so strong in the pool it burned your lungs. We did not stay in the pool long.

Biscuits were to die for!! Staff super friendly, parking wasn’t too great especially on busy nights. Beds could be more comfy but it was doable. Water for shower to be hot took a bit to warm up. Loved the 2queen suite!! Full fridge and dishwasher!!! Love the fully electronic room!! Comes with body, shampoo, conditioner. We never got our extra towels. Has a clean pool and hot tub and gym. Loves the seating area and breakfast bar. Super convenient to anywhere. Room is super spacious and comfortable. Smells great!! Super hygienic. Would recommend!!

Appreciate so many of the little things such as: asking for more pillows at 6am and having the person at the desk deliver them; coffee always hot and available; the new workout equipment; pool area; and hot breakfast items!!

Had an overall good stay. The pool was causing people to cough though. Seemed like the levels of chlorine or chemicals was off and needed checked. Not good when everyone in pool or near it was coughing as they inhaled the fumes from pool. My daughter even got irritated skin on face and belly. The stay and room was good though.

Comfortable king size bed, big spacious room with pull out couch (didnt use the pullout bed). Big refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes. Breakfast was great...choices galore...make your own waffles w/ all the fixings, muffins, fruit, cereals, eggs, english muffin sandwiches, biscuits and gravy... Downfall....i could hear the neighbor snoring in their room....from my room in my bed. Thin walls!!!! The toilet was not cleaned....husband lifted lid and there was splatter under the lid... Otherwise a nice hotel..very pleasant attendants. Didnt use pool, hot tub or workout room.

Very friendly staff! Everything was very clean and fresh smelling throughout the hotel. I was traveling alone with my children and felt very safe and comfortable with the location and overall hotel itself. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very nice and clean, it looks like new. Our room is very clean. I love that there is a little kitchen with utensils and plates, complete with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The only thing is when I checked in, I had to wait a little bit because no one was at the reception desk, there is no bell or anything to get someone’s attention to assist me. Over all, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

The hotel smelt of pets poo in the corridors. The swimming pool was out of order. The hot and cold water from reception and gym was rancid. The hotel did give free bottle water although we only found out on the last day. Breakfast was basic. The ice machine on 3rd floor was out of order. The hotel was on a high way, noisy at night with traffic. Shops by foot not accessible had to cross very busy roads. No pavements either accept for on one side of road. You need a car!

The suites are great! Nice beds, kitchenette with real dishes, dishwasher, table on wheels, and couch. It was plenty of space for what we needed it for. The pool and hot tub were great. The coin laundry facilities were helpful and more affordable than other hotels. The staff were really helpful! Definitely a great place to stay!!

This is my second trip to this hotel. You can’t beat it for the price. I especially love the unique feature of a curtain between the sleeping area and the sitting area. The other thing I love is the pool—it’s the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was great, too.

Overall hotel was an excellent choice. Very friendly staff and management. They worked with us to extend our stay from 10 days to over 3 weeks due to a death in our family. Was a huge peace of mind to not have to worry about moving hotels while planning a funeral for our mom. Highly recommend for future stays!

The hotel is very nice and clean, it looks like new. Our room is very clean. I love that there is a little kitchen with utensils and plates, complete with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The only thing is when I checked in, I had to wait a little bit because no one was at the reception desk, there is no bell or anything to get someone’s attention to assist me. Over all, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

It makes me sad to have to report, but this hotel was a mess--they had apparently just gotten a new computer system and couldn't check us in. So, when we arrived exhausted at midnight they made us wait and then walked us to room, never issuing a key. Worse though was that our room had NO toiler paper, soap or towels of any kind. So I had to go back down to get those after midnight. I felt bad for the staff, but really: if you are unable to have guests, just call me and I would have gone elsewhere. Lastly, the room smelled bad. Not a great night for us! Won't be back.

My stay is terrible so far. Housekeeping skipped my room the first day for no apparent reason. I did not have the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. The second day, I was awoken by the people in the room next to me a bit before 2 am. Their TV was so loud that I could hear it in the hallway. I turned my TV on to try to drown it out to no avail. The front desk said they called room 306 and nothing changed. It’s 4:30 am now and I gave up on trying to sleep. I did ask for another room and was given one only to find out that the room key didn’t work after I lugged one load of my belongings to the new room. At this point, what’s the sense? By the time I switch rooms, it will be time to go to work. I hate this place and I still have 3 nights remaining. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

My kid and her boyfriend tried to check in a little early. Was told their room wasn't ready so they informed the hotel they would be checking in late that night after their concert they were at. When they came back to check in, they gave their room to someone else!

The property is sufficiently close to interstate access, shopping, and dining yet off of the main roads, so it is quiet and unassuming. Other choices besides breakfast sandwiches were adequate to start your day. The housekeeping staff was exceedingly gracious, even though many were non-English speaking - they spoke kindly with their eyes and worked to understand needs. Appreciated them!

Staff was great - really helpful. Breakfast was adequate, would have liked some more options over our four night stay. Beds were pretty firm - a little uncomfortable. Pillows were cheap and thin. The room and the common areas were exceptionally clean. I didn't care for the dogs that are allowed there.

Not staying here again. All the breakfast options were frozen. Juices were diluted and were of low Quality. I have styaed at multiple chains and only home 2 suites are doing unhealthy frozen breakfast. Also, they were out of fruits for 3 days during my 5 days stay. When I complained, they say they are going to get a new supply next day just to cover the fact that they do not want to incur the expenses by keeping the options available.

Our stay was the worse stay we stayed in a long time. The hotel smelled musty and dirty. The walls leading to our room have stuff splattered and fingers prints all over them. Our door on our room looked like someone tried breaking into it. Couch in our room had stains all over it and room smelled not clean. Woke up to get breakfast at 8:30 and they ran out of milk. The milk they did find in back was spoiled and he still put it out. They had one waffle maker for 30 plus people to use. We planned on staying at your hotel because of the breakfast and we couldn’t even eat it.

The staff was friendly. When I checked in, the staff member did not tell me breakfast times so I had to look it up. The place was clean. The pool room was so heavy with chlorine, I was unable to be in there. The breakfast choices were phenomenal!
