Gave a lower mark on property condition. There was a broken, missing piece of concrete in side walk leading to building. If gone unnoticed this could have led to a an unsafe trip hazard. A very concerning legal liability for your hotel. Our stay was very nice and would use again otherwise!

AmericInn is a well taken care of hotel that felt like home. A cozy fireplace was burning as I walked into the lobby. A nice, clean room with a tile shower in the bathroom made it feel like a more expensive hotel. The gentleman at check in and check out was friendly and had a great smile. AND it was very affordable! Will stay again!

This was the cheapest stay out of 7 nights at different properties and by far the best yet. Amazing lobby. Great breakfast. And the room was so nice. Beds were firm and new and the bathroom had granite for a sink. I was so impressed to be honest. This room and hotel easily beats most of the Hilton brands I stay at for business trips. Great hotel!!!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They allowed me to check in early. They even offered to re-open the breakfast area for me 10 mins after it ended. No elevator. Comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment there. Check in and out was fast. Hotel was responsive by text prior to check in. Stayed 2 nights and no complaints. The only downside I can see is there is no elevator for second level guests. Not a problem for me but could be for others.

Overall stay was ok but the hotel had hair all in our supposed to be clean bed! The guy changed my sheets and was very nice. Also there was someone elses leftover soda in our refrigerator. Which let me know they didn't fully inspect and clean the room. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good.

Was very disappointed with this motel. Bathroom was disgusting, falling off tiles, floor dirty. Windows filthy through the whole place and we paid $186 for a night, which isn’t cheap!

The room was clean. I am usually not a fan of carpet in a hotel room because they are rarely clean. This room had probably the cleanest carpet I have seen in a hotel in a few years. Hotel was quiet which was nice. Breakfast was not anything fancy but there was a decent selection of items. The pre-check in email and text was very nice. When I arrived at the hotel all I had to do was grab my room key.

There were “stains” on our sheets. Mold on the caulk around the heater/AC The room smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it Doors don’t shut securely Other rooms with towels shoved under the door, and a massive pothole in the sidewalk that I tripped over. Also very poor continental breakfast with no coffee.

The room was not clean, Bath tub had cleaning towels left in it, And there was still hair in the tub. A pail was left in the stairwell and you had to navigate your luggage around the pail.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The rooms were small, smelled of smoke, and outside noise was a disturbance. Pillows and AC were comfortable. Saved money staying at AmericaInn so can't be too mad.

Very good place to stay. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room and nice hot breakfast including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, breads, cereal and yogurt. The reason only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the walls are thin. We heard people talking all night. Bring your earplugs and you will have a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Issue at check-in. Booked through Hotels.com, and the front desk clerk stated that the virtual card was invalid. After 1 1/2 hours of phone calls to customer service, it was an error on the front desk clerk's side. He should have called his manager right away instead of making me call expedia/hotels.com. Clerk was rude, even after it was determined it was his fault, he didn't apologize. Only said "sorry for the delay".

When we booked this hotel, we just needed a place to stay for two nights as we were flying in to attend a nearby wedding. I've booked hundreds of hotels through Expedia and have never had any issues with checking in. However, this hotel made us wait for an hour at midnight to confirm that Expedia had transferred the payment to their bank account. As I mentioned, we didn’t have high expectations, but we certainly didn’t expect the check-in process to be so frustrating and degrading. Overall, the hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at, especially considering the price they charged us. If I’m ever in West Bend again and this is the only place to stay, I’d rather sleep in the car or find a hotel in another town.

Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they "gave" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!

It was just ok. It was pretty clean and quiet. A bit run down, breakfast ok, but the same exact thing every morning. The worst was my last night after working for 3 days. The smoke alarm went off in my room at 1 am. The night clerk came and did something and it stopped. I went back to sleep and a few minutes later it did it again. She wanted me to move rooms to a room on the 2nd floor. Mind you, there were 11 cars in the parking lot, so why the second floor. I said no. She unhooked the smoke alarm and a few mins later it went off again. Miraculously, there all of a sudden was a room across the hall I could just use to sleep in. Not thrilled.
