Really nice hotel, very clean, resonably priced. The only thing that i was disappointed about was that the jets on the hot tub barely worked and i was really looking forward to the hot tub. Other than that, it was good

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty and the staff was either rude or unavailable. I will never stay here again. neither should anyone else. The elevator was not working during our whole stay and had been down for two weeks. The front desk said that we should have asked if they had a working elevator when we booked the hotel. The hotel was so dirty and disgusting I took pictures of it so that I would have proof. it was auful

The pool heater was broken, so the pool was out of service and that was disappointing. Also, there is no fitness room in the facility.

The front desk staff at check-in was not pleasant. She was very short and acted as if we were a bother to her. For example, when I asked a simple question about my address that was listed incorrectly she sighed and said it didn’t matter that’s what I must have entered, as if it was a huge inconvenience to her to correct it. The elevator was also out of order and our room was on the third floor.

The help was nice and friendly but the rooms were not up to the standards I've seen at other country inns. We were put in a handcap room even tho we didnt need it so the bathroom lacked counter space. The elevator was also out of order. Noise from other rooms was annoying along with people stomping down the stairs. I've attached pictues of the towels. The comforter was also very old and worn.

The entire place smelt musty. The carpet in the bedroom of our suite was so damp it left your socks wet after walking around. They had fans running in halls, the door to rhe pool area was left open. Clean clothes were musty & damp in the morning. Shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall, sink faucet was so loose it rotated when you tried to turn on the water. Entranced area was dirty and not at all appealing when walking. Lady working front desk was unfriendly and had a ‘book on tape’ playing loudly the entire time she checked us in. Will not stay at this hotel again and will reconsider any Choice Hotels in the future.

The floors in our room were evidently dirty and had clearly not be cleaned before our stay. The breakfast was unimpressive. The price was good but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the unclean room (chunk of Oreo on the bedroom floor, debris all over the bathroom floor).

This place was not clean, and they allowed people to smoke weed and cigarettes in then rooms. The 3rd floor hallway had a constant haze the entire weekend. The staff didn’t even respond to our concerns. Our room was a double queen and one bed wasn’t clean, it had food crumbs on it.

The photos make this hotel look a bit nicer than what it is. Unfortunately the options are limited in this area for accommodations. Although the price was right, I wouldn’t say this hotel is particularly clean - we had dust on table/countertops and dirt on our floors. Although the hotel appears to have updated, it’s really just lipstick on a pig — you can tell there’s a lot of deferred maintenance. I would only rebook if I had no other option.

I booked a king studio suite with hot tub. The room was only single room. Didn’t look anything like the photos or description. Room was dirty out dated and furniture was dilapidated. Tv only had crappy streaming services and with the spotty internet, was of no use trying to watch tv. Will not be returning to this hotel again.

When I arrived, the two front desk employees were arguing over something. It took quite a while to check me in. They apologized a couple of times, but kept on with their discussion. When I checked out, the employee asked for my room number and if I wanted a receipt. No thank you for staying with us, etc. barely acknowledged me. Also, the shower had rust on the handle, faucet and drain. The room smelled slightly Smokey, even though there is a no smoking policy. The chair in the room had stains on it on the dresser had chips in it. Just seemed run down.

I've stay here many times and would normally have recommended it to anyone but this last time had drastically changed my mind and we will no longer be staying here. On our last day as we were getting ready to leave my youngest son got away from me when i dropped my keys and ran down the hall, unknown to me someone had jammed open the door to the pool area and I barely caught my two year old son before he fell into the pool. I barely caught him in time and was extreanly upset since i thought that door was suppost to be closed. I got my family to the car and went to check out and told the women at the desk about the door and what almost happened and the saftey issue. She told me that she's the one that left it opened because it was so hot and muggy in the pool area and that I should watch my child better. It says right by the dam door not to leave it open! Not only was she rude but I'm not risking my child drowning because someone can't keep a door that's suppost to be closed for safety closed.

The staff was so kind!!! They greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. When we needed anything, they were quick to assist! We will definitely stay again when we come back to visit family in Wisconsin.

If you are looking for a nice visit in south central WI, this is an excellent choice. Neat, Tidy, whirlpool, pool, breakfast, easy parking. Close to Kettle Moraine, parks, hunting, Horicon Marsh, and one of the finest art museums - Museum of WI Art (MOWA). Economically priced, the owners work here and take immaculate care.

The best part was the breakfast, hands down the best breakfast Ive had at a hotel. The rooms were nice, one bed was softer, and the other was pretty hard. They had low water pressure, but the over all experience was good!

Eggs and sausage were cold every morning. There was a hockey team. And not sure if it is them. But slamming doors at 2am in the morning. Checked in and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion was already used. Had to make my own beds. Housekeeper or what he was made everyone uncomfortable.

The curtains looked like a cat or someone shred them. It was loud with the flusing or draining from the top floor. Bed was comfortable. And glad the added the soap shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower. The chair by the desk needs to be replaced. Breakfast was okay. The eggs and sausage just came out but they were cold.

The pool and hot tub were both under "unexpected maintenance" which I find hard to believe. I wonder how long that excuse has been used. The room was ok, but certainly not anything special. Breakfast was terrible...eggs were like rubber, sausage was tasteless and overall there was a lack of variety. Obviously, the management does not take any pride in the property. One positive thing was the lack of carpeting in the rooms which was an unexpected plus. I doubt my family will stay here again.

The beds were firm which we love and it was convenient. The breakfast was not very good- the eggs and sausage were horrible and not a lot of choices. The pool area is so loud and echoey- they need something to absorb that sound better. Bring a fan if you need constant noise to sleep.
