They were doing construction the whole time. Styrofoam pieces all over, elevator constantly being used for hauling AC Units to the third floor, pool dirty. Bed not comfortable. Would avoid.

Nice room, clean and friendly staff. Nice pool too, which was a pleasant surprise. That side was really good. Breakfast, however, left much to be desired, which seems par for the course at any motel (or hotel for that matter). Is it too much to ask for decent fruit, decent bread/pasties, a wide selection of jams/honey etc (which keep for ever)? All throw-away cutlery, plates and cups - straight to landfill. Give how beautiful the country is, why do we create so much waste? Unfortunately it seems that the bar is so low for hotel breakfasts in the US, that nobody is willing to raise it an inch.

Only believe more recent reviews as this place comes highly recommended! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were warm and thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was mid-grade hotel quality (warm omelets, sausage, waffles, in addition to cereal, juice, okay coffee). But for the price we loved the breakfast because it felt truly free! Would stay again at this price point for sure for sure!

Not the best. Hotel is worn down and there was a lot of areas blocked off due to construction. Room wasn’t clean… found toenail clippings on the floor which was a first for us. Hotel also smelled stale and we slept with the windows open. Service at the front desk was the best part.

Filthy room with black mold growing in the shower that was not removed after I notified the front desk. The shower also contained a used razor cover and was covered in hair. The carpet in the room was old and filthy. On the hand, the staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help me.

The carpet is dirty and worn. The hallway carpet has water stains under every overhead fire sprinkler. The elevator door makes a terrible noise upon opening and closing. There is water stain by the ice machine. Our room sink faucet leaked. The third floor is closed. I wonder why?

This was a really nice hotel for the price. The spa was clean and hot. The beds were comfortable. The room was spotless. The flooring and furniture looked new. Warm eggs and sausage plus the waffle machine etc for breakfast. I would definitely pick this one again.

The water in the toilet ran continuously. There was no water pressure in the shower. When I brought it up to the front desk staff in the morning she never apologized just said she’d have maintenance look at it. Disappointing since the gentleman that checked us in the night before was extremely gracious.

The front desk staff was friendly and quick to get me checked in. The hotel was in a very convenient location just off the interstate, with a very close gas station that was easy to get to with a 26ft uhaul truck. There was also a nice side parking area where I was able to park the big truck. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. My only miss is my room neighbor was watching TV at a loud volume until late in the night (who does this?) and I could hear it.

We were on the second floor. The window faced the north and the hotel was located next to an interstate, the semi trucks were pretty loud and noisy. The wind was blowing and the window couldn’t close properly. The wind howled through that improperly closed window as well. The bathroom linoleum was worn and the floor was warped. The breakfast was great!

Under new management. Third floor was in the process of being renovated. Stayed on the second floor, property is tired but clean. All toiletries provided. Wendy on the night desk was great. Stephen next morning was also great. Showed us plans for the hotel. Would like to see the finished hotel once it is renovated. Quiet and restful.

They didn’t get my hotels reservation and didn’t have any rooms available when I got there so I had to get a new room at a different hotel and then this hotel not hotels.com charged my card. I then called to get the charger fixed and they said they would call me back. The manager that called me back screamed at me, told me I was a liar, and a thief. I’m a cancer patient who wanted to go on a trip with my husband. I will never stay at a best western ever again, to not have a room and to charge my card $95 so I had to go get another room for $170 and got charged for both. The manager was horrible and speaks to his customers in a horrible manner. Don’t stay here or make a reservation here unless you want to be charged for not even staying there.

The property and staff were great. My experience using Expedia was NOT. I pay Expedia then Expedia pays the hotel. Well Expedia card DECLINED. Embarrassing, then had to pay again using my card, contacted Expedia to refund me. This took alot of time and hassle I shouldn't have had to do. Will also take around 7 days to get my money back and make sure that I do.

The hotel would do well to have a listing of eating establishments located further into town. Seriously within the 5 miles of this hotel there are 12 other hotels and only a Mexican restaurant and Outback available.

Hotel Cheyenne was a typical chain hotel. The biggest positive was a good breakfast. The only negative was finding the hotel. All advertising listed as Hotel Cheyenne, that name appears no where on the facility, a small best western sign is the only marking. On arrival finding a building with no sign behind a home dwpot is quite challenging.

Great stay overall. The room was pretty clean and spacious. The bathroom was a decent size. No issues with the bed. If my wife was with me she might have complained about the lack of extra pillows. The breakfast was a bit minimal but certainly better than some places I stayed at. For the price, I don’t think you could do any better. Would definitely stay here again if I’m driving through.

The hot tub was our favorite part.!! Breakfast could be updated a bit as all they offered were tiny omelettes & the sausage was weird. Comfy room, nice tv with YouTube access. Overall was a lovely stay.! :)
