For us this was an affordable last minute bed and shower. Unfortunately, there were aspects of maintenance and room cleanliness that were lacking. The front desk staff was very helpful. It appears that this hotel may have been recently purchased from another chain and the floors in the rooms have been recently updated.

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Was there for 10 days. They made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

We stayed for eight nights, Friday->Saturday. It is an older building full of mostly cosmetic issues such as cracked tiles, peeling paint, and stained carpet but the beds and linens were clean. Outlets and light switches worked as expected. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from polar plunge to intolerably hot in a matter of minutes, despite what temperature you turned the faucet to. The TV guide and channel descriptions did not match what you were viewing so you had to channel surf to find what you wanted to watch. One evening, we asked for fresh towels but were told that the previous housekeeper mistakenly took the only key to the linen closet home with him. New towels were delivered the next morning. Staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Alicia, the actual property manager. It was convenient being able to purchase snacks and drinks from the coolers in the lobby. Very affordable, booked through hotels.com one year in advance. There were guests that were obviously smoking in their rooms, evidenced by the odor in the surrounding rooms and smoke seen in the hall. When it was reported, staff said there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, I would recommend a stay if you do not intend to spend a great deal of time in the room. Would also recommend the Mexican restaurant and sushi restaurant next door!

I would recommend avoiding this hotel. It smelled strongly of smoke, alcohol, and urine. There was trash on the floor, dusty furniture, and food left in the mini fridge. We had to get three different key cards before learning the door lock battery was dying. There was also loud music and a party across the hall, while people above us walked around throughout the night. Between the noise and smell, it was difficult to sleep. The one positive was the receptionist, who was very helpful and maintained a great attitude throughout the situation. However, the hotel itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service! Room was comfortable and clean but the parking lot and outsides of the hotel was unkept and clearly neglected. Perhaps run down looking is a better description. Loose trash was on the floors in various locations of the hotel in hallways and the laundry room. The space was quiet and safe feeling. Overall, it was an ok experience
