First time staying here and we now have our go to place for whenever we are in Laramie. Facilities are clean, beds are comfy, and parking is easy with lots of room (including a dirt lot next door for parking trailers). The best part though is the staff. We arrived in the midst of a crazy storm when several other people had also just pulled in. The ladies at the front desk kept their cool and got everyone checked in as quickly as possible. Breakfast is just standard hotel breakfast but the staff working it was on top of it with keeping everything full (the hotel was full so this was not an easy task for her). Spoke with the other front desk ladies during our stay to get information about the area, and everyone was so helpful and nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Staff was so friendly! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spacious with soft, clean beds. Nice place to get ready out of the bathroom as well. Desk for work. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Overall quiet hotel, I will be returning in the future!

This was a great place to stay for a short ski trip to Snowy Range! Unlike many hotels in the area, this hotel is off the main highway and is nice and quiet! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than the average free hotel breakfast. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a long day of skiing! We will return to this great hotel for our next ski trip!

This hotel had great reviews and probably the rest of the rooms are fine and we just got that one bad room, but it wasn’t great at all. There was such a bad stain and sitting water in the bathtub that I literally thought somebody had thrown up in it. It also had a smell. The toilet seat and all the pictures on the wall were crooked and when I went to dry my hands on the towel rack, the bar fell off. Our sink took FOREVER to drain! The pool was freezing cold and my kids were so disappointed about that. The one saving grace for me was that the staff were so sweet and courteous. No complaints at all about them! However, given all the other hotel options in town, we will sadly never stay here again.

Our stay was great! Everyone over our 5 day stay was so nice! The hotel was very clean at all times no matter where you went. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and if you needed anything you just had to ask. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we always keep our room ice cold and it got cold quick! We also used their laundry on site and it was clean and the front desk had quarters and laundry soap and softener if needed. Their breakfast was really good!! We will definitely stay at this location when we come back to visit our son while he attends college.

So We arrived Saturday evening very late around 9 PM.We checked into our room.Went to use the bathroom and there was cheerios all over the floor in the bathroom. I was so late and we were tired, so I picked him up myself. Then try to unload my lunch bag into the refrigerator and there was left over old food from the last gas in there. Also through that away myself. Sunday morning when I got coffee downstairs, At the continental, breakfast went back.Upstairs tried to get in the shower and the water would not get hot. So I ended up just washing my face and then I checked out.I did let the front desk know about my concerns.

Beds were not made well. Looked like someone was rolling around or sitting on them. Bed skirts were dirty & wrinkled and the floor could have used vacuuming. Staff was courteous &allowed me to change rooms because in addition the phone did not work. But the 2 nd room was in the same condition. At least the phone worked in this room.

Our trip to Laramie was part of a family road trip. We happened to be in town during Jubilee Days, which was fun. The hotel, however, is not conveniently located; you have to drive to get to restaurants or any other attractions. The bathroom was very dirty; the bathtub was not washed at all and was covered in sand. The walls were thin so we could hear a man coughing really badly continuously. Interestingly, two days later we got Covid. However, the staff were super friendly, which is always a bonus and Laramie is such a great town.

Being able to check in while on the way was great. When we arrived at 230am we only had to grab the keys and hit the bed. Breakfast was great. Eggs and sausages were a great way to start the day. Only wish the danish didn't taste like it was at least a day old. Only complaint is that the bed felt more like a brick. Didn't sleep the best because I couldn't fine a comfortable position, and i tried everything.

Worst stay I've had in my 10+ years traveling I was overcharged on multiple occations and the manager Abigail Angel was very unprofessional and un willing to help expain the issues with me being overcharged. I was on the phone with my bank trying to figure out all of these charges and she walked off while I was at the front desk and then came back and said "this sounds like a issue with your bank so you should take these papers back to your room" The bank representative was absolutely shocked that she was acting this way.... A very very rude/disrespectful individual unprofessional and not the kind of person to have as a manager at a hotel.

Exceptional young lady at front desk, took care of us and gave us recommendation to eat at born in barn which was excellent, get the Mac n cheese w/pulled pork! Make sure to call them way better rate through them than Expedia.

We booked through the app, drove 1000miles, lost our room due to not calling in before checking in…., receptionist kept referring to the way the system works, I’m not sure who calls in before check in to a room that has been paid for, money lost. Stayed across the street in a hotel WAY more understanding

Check in was fabulous! I wish I had written down the lady's name who checked me in. It was 2/25 around 3:30 PM. She was super helpful and made recommendations when asked about Snowy Range and Dining options in Laramie and Cenetennial. Breakfast area was clean and tended to but 2 wonderful ladies. Top notch employees!

This location was perfect for my needs! We had a quick trip to Wyoming for a college graduation and this was close to campus and downtown. We found some good food near by and the hotel was clean, warm in looks and service. We would stay here again.

Overpriced very average room. We were given a handicap accessible room with no option to change even though the hotel had plenty of other rooms available. Breakfast was bleak with still frozen pastries, weak toaster that took forever to toast and bland eggs and sausage. The coffee was good, though. This is our 2nd disappointment with a Comfort Inn and Suites and we will not be staying with them again.

There was no coffee in the breakfast room on 7/25. Think they could have figured something out. Was also surprised that our room wasn’t made up when we returned that evening. Not the properties’ fault but there was a detour to get to the property. Seems like there could have been a heads up by the property on that.
