We chose BW because it had a pool and after a 12 hour drive, the kids deserved a little fun. The pool was dirty and the water was cloudy and kind of slimy. The hot tub water was brown. we did not swim as they both looked like they were used for bathing.

Poor review the room was fine clean and comfortable. The hot tub was green and looked filthy dirty. It was very muggy in the pool and spa area and the spa was unusable and so therefore the extremely high cost of the room with a spa that was usable poor review.

The gentleman checking me in was quite friendly and helpful. He saw me a couple of times during my stay and asked how everything was in my room. He also assisted me in adding a day to my stay because I had mistakenly booked only 1 day instead of 2. My only observation, not a complaint, was that the stationary bicycle in the exercise room did not work properly, but I didn’t report it. I just used the treadmill and elliptical instead of the bicycle. The breakfast was good, and the dining area was kept clean and well-stocked. My room was clean and well-maintained. I would stay here again.

Comfy hotel with great customer service. It’s pretty old school and could use some updates but it was very comfortable and the staff was super great. The pool/hot tub was fun but could use a good cleaning. The hotel is right off the highway next to a truck stop so you will hear some noise from that.

Staff was kind and courteous, explained everything! Check in was quick and easy. Room was quiet and secure, exceptionally clean. Large field for our dog, even the Love’s Truck Stop off-leash area was close by. There’s even a Charge Point EV charger on site.

This was Laramie, Wy so modest expectations are needed. The good: room was clean and fair sized. Room was quiet despite being at a major truck stop and intersection. Rooms were recently updated. The bad: smell of cheap cleaning fluids dominate the hotel and our room. Just awful. Fan and light in bath connected which was noisy.

This is my first review-and it’s just something I cannot leave unaddressed. My fiancé and I watched a poor kid get sick in the pool. It happens and we reassured him that it was okay. However, once the attendant was notified- they brought in a mop and wiped it around- not cleaning, sanitizing, or making sure this biohazard was safe for others to be in the area. I’m unsure if it was fixed after we left but it felt poorly handled while we were there. Once we made it back to the room we wanted to rinse off. There were several hairs from previous guests on the shower walls and floors. It was not cleaned before our stay. These things are relatively normal in a hotel but for the price we paid for this room- it felt very subpar.

Very clean, modern, staff very nice, excellent breakfast, attendant for breakfast kept the tables clean and the food serving trays full. It was the best of the six motels we stayed at on this trip. Although it was near the highway it was acceptably quiet inside.

Double room with queen was clean, quiet, comfortable. Great sized bathroom. Size of refrigerator in room was great! Slightly bigger than a dorm fridge so we fit all our cooler items inside.

Room door handle was broken and could not open it. The card had to be inserted in the reader multiple times and you had to manuever and jiggle on the door knob in order to ooen it from the outside. The staff said that they would not provide a room with a working door knob.

The best Western Laramie is an extremely standard hotel. Nothing really stood out as great. Nothing stood out as bad service was adequate. One drawback is you are far from restaurants and the downtown area if you’re looking for a standard hotel extremely close to the interstate, the best Western will suit your needs.

Very satisfied with BWE. I have no complaints. Hot breakfast was good. So far all BWE have about the same breakfast, so you know what you’re going to get. A few variations but the same basic breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby and premises were kept up.

Very conveniently located near the interstate with a few places to eat nearby. We were looking for a hotel where we could park a truck pulling an rv. There’s not really room in the parking lot, but you’re allowed to park on the sides of the street that is beside the hotel, so we managed fine with that. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was unsatisfactory; the yogurt was out of date(!), the orange juice was not good (neither of us could drink it)… It was clear that very little care and effort was made, which was unfortunate. Overall, would stay here again if need be, but would not partake in the free breakfast.

This property apparently has changed management, since the reviews we read before booking the hotel did not reflect what we experienced. Primarily in the dining area for breakfast, we saw things that would certainly not pass inspections. The mop and bucket were next to the cereal and milk and left unattended as if the cleaning person’s shift ended and he/she just left the building. The pitchers of milk were not chilled and they were just sitting there in a pitcher throughout the breakfast time. Also, all items that should require refrigeration, such as chopped ham and shredded cheese, that could be used for egg toppings were stored in non-chilled containers. Very unsanitary and we will not be back.

The TV remote would not turn the sound down. The bed was as hard as a rock. You could get that room for $80 anywhere else. The breakfast was poor quality and cheap food items.
