The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was close to the University of Wyoming. However, the outside was on kept, and it took a while to find where the ice machine was, which was in a dark on lit, dirty room difficult to find the “hot breakfast“ Consisted of hot water, coffee, and instant oatmeal what we paid for the room was hardly worth staying there

This property was in deplorable condition! lights not working. Bed mattresses were sunk in. Holes in walls. no lighting outside. Parking lot full of holes and no maintenance in a very long time. Unsavory persons roaming in parking lot. Looks like its about to be condemned.

The hotel is ok. The carpet in the room is very dirty and really should be replaced. Also the 3 of the four machines in the fitness center don’t work. But for a reasonable cost I would recommend.

This motel is definitely old, and it shows. Over the years, parts of the property have been shut down, making it feel abandoned in places. The pool and hot tub are drained, with old chairs and towels still sitting there. The attached restaurant is also permanently closed. Maintenance is a big issue here. The roads, especially around the back, are full of potholes, and the furniture, wallpaper, carpet, and mattresses are all very worn. It’s clear there hasn’t been money for updates in a long time. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. Housekeeping especially deserves credit—they’re clearly working hard with what they have. The shower, toilet, and hard surfaces were all clean. Towels and bedding were fresh, and nothing felt dirty, just old. Anything that could be cleaned was cleaned, and they deserve a lot of credit for that. The blackout curtains were also a plus for keeping light and heat out. One thing to note: it seems to be a popular spot for construction crews, and there was a loud gathering late into the night during our stay. It might have just been bad timing, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs just in case. A few positives: a newer TV with lots of channels, a brand new full-size fridge, working A/C, friendly staff, and easy highway access. Overall, if you’re just passing through and need a place to sleep, this will do. But don’t expect much more than that.

The front desk clerk was very accommodating- she brought ice to the room after we found no ice in two machines. This was by far the filthiest motel we have encountered. The room was adequate but the property a shambles, filthy exterior staircase, 3’ high pile of stinky garbage in ext hall.

The motel has probably not been updated/painted for at least 20 years. The hallways were filthy. When we were checking in there was a sign that said hot breakfast. When we asked about breakfast he said we closed the restaurant a year ago.

Room reeked of weed after I checked in. There were people walking by that looked like they were on drugs. The front of the hotel had people living there with grills out front of the doors and clothes and shoes hanging off the balcony on 2bd floor. The pool area was closed and it looked like it hadnt even been used for quite some time.

Check in eas ok. Weeds was tall as sign on frontage road. Lobby was filthy & smelled gorrible. Room was scetchy, door seals where virtually gone. Bathroom tub faucet had a constant stream of water running. Drain in tub was horrifying. Room smelled like smoked Marijuana all the time. Bedding seamed ok.

Nasty!!! EXPEDIA should be ashamed to list this DUMP! If I could give O stars I would. Filthy dirty. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. Pubic hair in the towels on the soaps, all over the toilet. We were put on the backside of the motel which looks post apocalyptic. Tried to check in at 5pm and we're told room wasn't ready yet. Check in was at 3pm but supposedly they were still cleaning. Not sure what they were cleaning?? Towels have brown stains all over them. Room and bedding smelled funky. It's just dusty and dirty. The air vent/cold air return is covered in filth. This place will make your skin crawl. The building is old and falling apart. There were even boogers smeared on the wall and what looks like puke droplets or worse semen. Bags of trash in the hallway were not only unsightly but smelled. We came up for a graduation at WyoTech and just decided to leave. We don't want to risk our health or our lives staying here. The transient element is a little unnerving. Decided to stay with family somewhere else. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG STOMACH AND DON'T CARE ABOUT POSSIBLY BRINGING CREEPY CRAWLIES HOME WITH YOU OR WORSE! Just disgusting. PS I am horrified just imagining what you would see with a black light. Expedia should refund every penny to anyone that books this place through them.

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Filthy doesn't even describe it. I had to buy bleach and clean the bathroom before we could even use it. Mold growing in the bathroom, tub drain plug broken, burn holes in the curtains, pillows smelled like sweaty heads, wasn't vacuumed, black all over the walls and doors, carpet so dirty your feet turned black, windows didn't seal properly so the train was extremely loud. Too much to even list it all. If it's between this hotel and staying in your car, choose your car.

We had a good stay. We had to take a second floor room, which was inconvenient being handicapped. Room was missing chairs at the table and was a bit dated. There was a nice microwave and a huge residential size refrigerator / freezer. All in all, not a terrible stay, except for the hike up to the second floor.

Was told at check in we would be receiving an “updated remodeled room” and we absolutely didn’t have that! You could see the next room from the large vent in the bathroom which was not safe. The room door unlatched on its own and would not shut at all. We tried lifting the door to align it but it wouldn’t budge. We called the front desk to let them know but their response was “the maintenance man has left for the day” it was a very unsafe experience especially with 2 young boys. We left after not even an hour from being there to a much safer and much cleaner hotel. Terrible experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay was phenomenal! Management did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns. We had an unexpected road problem and they helped us solve this. The rooms were clean and bedroom spotless. There was a very large freezer and separate refrigerator that was new and super clean. Water was hot and had great pressure. Baylei was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Would stay again.

Booked a room for 2 nights for a business trip. Trip moved 2 weeks, called 24 hrs ahead to cancel. Property wouldnt refund money so i told them not to cancel since they woulnt refund the money. I decided to drive to Wyoming to atleast get my monies worth. When i arrived they had rented my room to someone else. What a racket. So dishonest. When i got there the lobby was rundown and dirty looking. I can only imagine what the rooms looked like. Needless to say i was unhappy!!!!

The staff was ver pleasant and courteous. The room was neat and clean. Unfortunately the whole property was rather run down. This explains why the price is so low. I'm not terribly picky though and a clean room for just over 50 bucks is worth it for me while I'm traveling. I'd stay here again.

This is the cheapest hotel in Laramie. You can't expect this to be comparable to a Hilton or some other fancier hotel. It's in a safe area, the rooms are very big and spacious, and it has everything else you could need. I recommend the Budget Inn if you're looking for a good price!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was close to the University of Wyoming. However, the outside was on kept, and it took a while to find where the ice machine was, which was in a dark on lit, dirty room difficult to find the “hot breakfast“ Consisted of hot water, coffee, and instant oatmeal what we paid for the room was hardly worth staying there

Not what the pictures state. The pool looks like it’s been closed for years. Weeds are overgrown. Pavement in poor conditions. Only felt safe because the police station was behind it. Would no go back.

We had a good stay. We had to take a second floor room, which was inconvenient being handicapped. Room was missing chairs at the table and was a bit dated. There was a nice microwave and a huge residential size refrigerator / freezer. All in all, not a terrible stay, except for the hike up to the second floor.

it was suprisei. outside looks terrible. really used by truckers and rather rough looking workers as off interstates. however it was clean inside, with excellent shower massage and soft bed, not to far and easy commute to downtown 3rd street. extended my stay .rooms had metal doors?not for everyone

This motel is definitely old, and it shows. Over the years, parts of the property have been shut down, making it feel abandoned in places. The pool and hot tub are drained, with old chairs and towels still sitting there. The attached restaurant is also permanently closed. Maintenance is a big issue here. The roads, especially around the back, are full of potholes, and the furniture, wallpaper, carpet, and mattresses are all very worn. It’s clear there hasn’t been money for updates in a long time. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. Housekeeping especially deserves credit—they’re clearly working hard with what they have. The shower, toilet, and hard surfaces were all clean. Towels and bedding were fresh, and nothing felt dirty, just old. Anything that could be cleaned was cleaned, and they deserve a lot of credit for that. The blackout curtains were also a plus for keeping light and heat out. One thing to note: it seems to be a popular spot for construction crews, and there was a loud gathering late into the night during our stay. It might have just been bad timing, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs just in case. A few positives: a newer TV with lots of channels, a brand new full-size fridge, working A/C, friendly staff, and easy highway access. Overall, if you’re just passing through and need a place to sleep, this will do. But don’t expect much more than that.

The motel has probably not been updated/painted for at least 20 years. The hallways were filthy. When we were checking in there was a sign that said hot breakfast. When we asked about breakfast he said we closed the restaurant a year ago.

I liked everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and food was close. They have a little ship for some snacks, food and drinks and coffee tea and oatmeal 24 hours.

The property was very run down and dirty. There was no breakfast or even coffee and tea as advertised. The door didn’t even close all the way. The cable box and microwave were not even plugged in. If my son had t been with me we would have been without tv. A train came blasting through at 3:30 am and sounded like it was coming right through our room. The bathroom mirror was duct taped together, the dresser drawers were broken, the fridge had hand print dents in the door, and everything was dirty. This place should be condemned.

Could smell weed on property when we arrived, asked the clerk the best way to get to my room, he said go around the back either way. I was going through dips and potholes that would tear my car up. There were many sketchy individual walking around, one guy pointed out bullet holes in the glass to his room. The pool was non operational, there was graffiti on the outside of the building. Worst hotel ever

An average hotel that is showing it's age. It almost appeared to be closed when we first arrived, except for the cars parked by the rooms. The rooms were clean, but showing signs of previous maintenance, as well as items in need of maintenance.

The first room that they put us in smelled like rotten food and smoke. I looked in the refridgerator to see if there was food that was the cause, the refridgerator had not been cleaned. They put us in another room, not much better but didn't stink. The sink would not drain, bathroom door wouldn't close. the fixture in the bath were old and rusty. They had attempted to patch several areas of the ceiling but obviously they didn't know how. There were unfinished cabinets just stacked in the room. Very dissapointing!
