Continuum Hotel

Was really nice to have the pool, hot tub, and amenities onsite. But for the cost, they’re just missing the “luxury” experience they are aiming for. The building/ facilities need better upkeep.

The rooms need work and are dark. The hotel is under construction and the restaurant is not opened

Nice pool and hot tub!

This place is currently in the middle of a massive remodel which it needs. Tiles falling off the hot tub pool. Walking around tools and construction materials just getting to and from your room. Construction noise of course. No food or bar service available. It doesn’t even have signage matching the name Gravity Haus on the exterior and has a plywood front door. The bellman service was good and the front desk ladies were friendly, but that was really the only positive part of the experience. Upon arrival our TV didn’t work so we spent the first 45 minutes of our stay cozy in our tiny room with their tech guy. He did manage to get it working, but it again failed at 6:00am in the morning. We didn’t feel like being cozy with him then, so we just had to live without it. There are many great options in Teton Village, and of course it Jackson. I would strongly recommend choosing one of them and not putting your trip in jeopardy by staying here currently during their remodel.

POOL Is broken! Call first to confirm its working if that is important to you. Also, there coffee is absolutely terrible and they don't care & they charged us for a drink from the mini bar that we did not consume. This hotel was not worth the price.

The door to the property was broken and there was a plywood door in its place. The property itself was dirty inside - when I went down for breakfast there were multiple tables that hadn't been cleared and crumbs on the bar stools and on the floor where I ended up sitting. The hot tub was not working for 2 of the days I was there, which I don't find acceptable for a hotel at a ski resort.

The hotel was clean and the rooms contained everything needed for eating a small meal in the room - such as a refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. The bathroom was nice and the hotel provided wonderfully scented toiletries. The amenities closed early - before 9 pm, so there was no food/beverage service nor pool hours after this time. That was very early for people on vacation. Parking was an issue if you arrived at the hotel later in the evening. There were not enough spots. Parking was available in a lot that was fairly close, but was quite a distance to walk with luggage. The property is at the base of the ski area, so that is convenient if you are staying during ski season.

Although the property was clean, parking was a nightmare, we had a view of a woodpile. Room was very small for a couple. Tv was a pain. No tv guide, had to unplug it to turn it off. Definitely not worth the outrageous price.

Overall stay was positive in terms of room, balcony, and the bed. These were 10/10 great. However, pool was closed, restaurant closed, and shower didn’t get that hot. Wanted to get food and drink but not an option….and got charged a resort fee.

Great location, and EXCELLENT value for this prime area. Very friendly staff; plentiful parking; easy access (walking) to everything of interest and the restaurants/ shops/ services of Teton Village.

A few and many items did not sit well with our stay there. We were not happy with the rooms. The first room they gave us smelled and so did the second room. By the time they gave us the third room we were exhausted. I called down to the front desk to ask if they offer coffee service and water in the lobby - the person who answered the phone said only water. When we were leaving for the day we went downstairs and there was coffee service. Most of the staff was not friendly. The whole hotel felt dusty and dirty, not sure why. I am on a very long road trip maybe 5 hotels and Gravity Haus is not one I would recommend.

We stayed at Gravity Haus and overall thought it was ok. The location and parking is good, but there were some maintenance issues in hallways and quite a bit of hair and garbage in the pool. Windows are big and open to let air in but with no screens it’s a concern for animal entry or small children. The breakfast is not included and the restaurant is quite expensive. The rooms are fairly plain with no fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is great! My room was horrible and not too clean. The a/c had a weird system so we were very hot all night and the people staying upstairs made the stay worst, althought thats a coincidence and not the hotel fault.. but ita suppossed to have quiet hours after 10pm and people staying dont respect that cause they were making noise past 11:30 which made it impoasible to sleep. Tiny bathroom and bad house keeping since they dont want to clean except its past 3 days stay which is ridiculous for rooms with more than 2 people.

Old motel with a modern update. Based on the photos you’d expect this place to be a nicer hotel than it really is. It’s really an old motel with a nice lobby and pool. The rooms were old and the bed was even older. Zero support on this mattress as I sunk in clear to the bottom. Back is out now.

Nice property at convenient location but the TV was unplugged from both wall and monitor. We had to move the furniture to figure it out. Then found a lot of uncleaned mess from the past guests under the cabinet. That was awful. There were bins filled with dirty bedding left out which was eye sore. Jet in the hot tub was not working and the pool are needs cleaning. Be sure to get a coupon from the front desk for Go Green program. No explanation on this $15 discount on meals how you can actually get it. They did not honor it at check out. Nice location, loved the Teton Village. The hotel needs just a bit more up keep.

Overall a good experience, however I was disappointed that when we checked in, they added another $15 to the room (involuntary fee) for "use of the spa and workout gym area". If we didn't want to use those, we would still need to pay. I don't like hidden fees, that should be part of the room rate. While everything was clean and renovated, the beds were very firm and not comfortable for us. On the good side, the front desk agent and restaurant employees were very accommodating, kind and friendly. Lastly, I would consider this fairly close to "ski in/out". That was super nice to experience.

We went out for the day and came back to find out that our room was left. Open the whole day because the maid left it open. Our room was had access to the outside with the open stairwell so anyone of the outside could’ve access our room. The room was not also serviced properly. It was later serviced after we learn of the issues.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. A little noisy, needs soundproofing.

We had read other reviews and set our expectations accordingly. The front desk staff was rude during check-in, but fortunately, you only need to deal with them once. The room and location made up for the staff's behavior. The easy access to many attractions in Teton Village was a plus. Our room, equipped with a mini kitchen and fireplace, was great. We would stay there again.

Average but over priced. Room was ok, but looked poorly renovated. A/C was not good and the room got hot every night (September).

Not a hotel but a budget inn at best. Paper thin wall, like single drywall separated two rooms I can hear everything my next door. Doors can’t lock properly gap too big..

The biggest negative was the room heat. It was not adjustable and so noisy that it woke you up as it cycled on and off every 10 minutes.

Huge disappointment with this place room was basically a basement suite with a window that looked at a wall into the hallway, housekeeping very disrespectful being loud, laughing, talking in the hallway before 8 AM, No fridge in room or coffee maker things that you would expect from a motel 6 and at the price that we paid for this place huge disappointment wouldn’t recommend to others. Air conditioner also sounded like a chainsaw.

Pictures of hotel are very misleading. This place was more like a revamped motel. The walls are paper thin and you will hear lots of noise. In my opinion, very overpriced for what accommodations truly are and the resort fee is ridiculous there is nothing resort like about this place.

My experience at the Continuum in Wyoming was a customer service nightmare. Horrendous Check-In, Invasion of Privacy, and Rude & Unhelpful Staff are what I had to go through. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to be treated right!

The front desk can’t locate my reservation on their system with my name. I offered to provide my confirmation code but she said no. She found a booking with the same last name and assigned us to a room. We put our luggage down, then soon left. When we returned, the front desk staff said to me “Hey, wait here, I need to talk to you”. I feel like she summoned me! After a long day of travel, my parents were exhausted so I told them to go back to the room first. When my parents got to the room, they were startled as they saw an UNKNOWN PERSON IN OUR ROOM! No hotel uniform or name tag on. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY! However, NO ONE CONTACTED US! 
 The front desk said they gave us the wrong room and claimed that they couldn’t find our reservation. But I booked through Expedia and paid in full weeks in advance! They never apologized for anything and kept saying this was Expedia’s fault. Regardless, they shouldn't just go into our room without notifying us, and shouldn't have given us a random room in the first place without confirming! Big safety concern! They finally gave us a room when 9 PM approached. As if the initial encounter wasn't off-putting enough, when we called the front desk to ask for additional blankets, they never brought any!

poor service waited to check in for 30 minutes. while one person manned the front desk. 4 pm check in. busiest time of day. after the wait and everybody. was checked a second person came from the bar to help out. (bar was empty by the way ). room was not what I paid for. reserved a king w fireplace and balcony. - no fire place. tv in bed room inop . coffee was a pathetic atempt at ...well coffee .. "kitchenette" consisted of a small fridge with a microwave. on top.

Our trip was less than stellar. There was no hot water so showering was a NO GO. I tried to be understanding and flexible when the staff offered 100% refund or 50% each night w/ no guarantee the water heater would get fixed. I opted for the 50% off since we were only there one more night. That night our heater would not turn off in our room and when trying to lower it would only get hotter. So an enjoyable weekend that should have been had turned into a long week of family complaints. I defended the hotel and reminded them they were letting us stay 50% off. When all was said and done the hotel eventually got the hot water going the second night. So I was charged 100% for the second night when that was NOT what was relayed to me. I have reached out to the hotel with no response. I took the chance staying instead of leaving w/ the expectation that there could/could not be hot water for 50% off and that is not what happened.

Excellent customer service and great accommodations.

The staff were exceedingly courteous and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect and accommodated my additional requests. The property was clean and well appointed. I particularly enjoyed the loft room. Restaurant and bar were both wonderful as well. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Jackson hole. It was much better than my previous experiences at the more expensive hotels in the village.

No refrigerator in room. Only one floor had ice machine. Many areas were dark / under-lit. Room was average Holiday Inn quality, but at an upscale price. Front desk staff were not present at both check-in and checkout... had to wait with other staff for them to return both times.

So much wasted potential. You cannot run a hotel, charge full price rates and have no staff. Issues while here: * Everything closes at 9. No exception. In the middle of dinner and want to order your dessert but it’s after 9? No dessert for you * At dinner the glass of wine was “old” so I asked for A new glass, he charged me for both. Tried to order a meal for my husband and son that were coming back but it was 8:58pm so no food. When they arrived the waiter felt bad and offered my son ice-cream. So sweet…. Until he came back with an updated bill ( I had already paid) with the additional $14! For ice-cream. I mean c’mon man. * AC unit malfunctioned the whole time we were here on 90 degree days and maintenance said they didn’t have a unit to replace it with so we should ask for a discount. Sure. * There is only ever one server for the restaurant so there is no way for you to get food and be on your way in any reasonable time * This morning there was no coffee of breakfast available bc the “guy” didn’t show up * rooms are cleaned every 3rd day ( again bc I think there are only two people doing it) but when they do clean , they completely forget areas, like the coffee machine . So no I’m room coffee. * There doesn’t seem to be any hotel management on site. It’s like a ship with no captain. I love Jackson Hole but will not be coming back to this hotel.

The area was a neat place to stay with dinning and shopping within walking distance. Teton entrances close by.

Great location to ski lifts!

Fantastic. Rooms were great, comfy beds. Amazing location. Good range of restaurants and cafes nearby, also a decent range of shopping options.

Gravity Haus is an awesome choice for a visit to the Tetons. Located inside of Teton Village, it is very convenient and walkable (though you do have to drive to get to downtown Jackson/the square). The hot tub and pool are awesome and the hours are accommodating. We enjoyed our room as well.

The Gravity Haus sits on the Jackson Hole Ski Resort - the views are spectacular! Teton National park entrance is minutes away!

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast at the on site restaurant is phenomenal. Very clean. Will def stay here next time we are in the area.

The restaurant had very strange hours. It seemed impossible to grab food.

Our first time staying here as we were visiting Grand Teton National Park. We have enjoyed our stay though it was raining all day. The breakfast at the hotel was great - especially the potatoes and the latte. We could walk a little bit to check out the Jackson Hole area and there were additional cafe and General Store, and make sure to check out the beautiful scenery and if you have time, their heated pool.

We liked this hotel in general. It has a modern look and the rooms are nice. The bathtub drain stopper in our room was broken and wouldn't stay open to drain the water. Other than that the room was good. They were short staffed in the kitchen and we couldn't order breakfast. The location is great though, with plenty of dining options nearby in Teton Village. Parking is easy and convenient. Very close to the entrance to Grand Teton National Park and the area is beautiful.

Our stay was great. Staff was pleasant. Ended up eating in the lounge. Food and drinks were great as well.

Upon checking in, we were told to pay a holding charge of $500! This was not communicated to us in any way when we booked the trip through Expedia! We were VERY upset and in shock when they told us this as that’s a lot of money! The rooms are not the greatest. We wanted to use the steamer for our clothes and it was crusty and gross when we opened it with left over water in it. I wanted to use the blow dryer for my hair and when I took it out of the bag it was disgusting and old! The walls are thin where you can hear your neighbors talking. You can hear people walking upstairs above our room. The kitchen hours are open until 9pm but when we went to eat dinner there the guy said they closed the kitchen because nobody came around for dinner. It was only 7:30pm! After a long day of driving and traveling we were looking forward to a good meal and ended up having to drive all the way to town because things closed around 9pm. We were lucky enough to eat dinner there another night since we were early but a family came to order food around 8:20pm and you could hear the cook yelling and complaining that it was past the last call for orders. It’s like they wanted to get out of there quickly & didn’t care about customers. We used the jacuzzi/steamed pool and the lights and jets shut off before the closing time 2x in a row! Tiles in the pool were missing and the bottom of pool was a little dirty. For the amount you pay to stay here, it isn’t the greatest.
