The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The especially noticed the floors were not carpet and I loved it. Easy to see they were clean. The free TV was almost unusable as the signal was poor but at least the apps were helpful to login and stream from your favorite accounts. The bathroom doors were my least favorite as they were barn doors and were damaged where you couldn't lock them. Fine if you are staying with a family member but not private at all, if you are with friends. The remote for the the television was missing when we arrived and took some time for an employee to get us a replacement. Overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups but was manageable for one night.

Ideal location for being able to just walk around the Teton Village. We stayed in the two story room with a kitchenette and it was peefect for our family of 4. We saw a moose in the village, which was a highlight for our kids. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub with beautiful views and took the aerial tram and gondola up the mountain.

Staff was great. The property needs some love. The walls are thin so you hear your neighbors. The pool and hot tub are in view of the dining room so i didn't use it. This is a destination spot and you pay more for location than anything

When I booked this trip I looked at the reviews and pictures, it looked beautiful, but I was HIGHLY Disappointed!! When we checked in we were told that the bar opened at 5pm, which was no big deal. We got to our room and it was like a glorified motel 6 with a balcony. We left to go sightseeing we came back after 5:30 and the bar was closed still. We looked around for some help from the front desk and they were nowhere to be found. Finally about 5 minutes later they came out and told us the bar is only open for breakfast from 7-9 am. So needless to say it’s definitely not worth the money we spent for our first anniversary trip!!!
