Absolute Nightmare: Misleading, Disgusting, and Dishonest We booked and paid for a King Suite only to be put into a Queen room. After driving all day from Yellowstone and having already unpacked, we were offered a non-suite King room, which we declined because it was not the suite we paid for. This left me sleeping separately on the uncomfortable Murphy bed for the entire trip. The list of failures is infuriating: Disgusting Amenities: The rooftop hot tub was a health hazard. The water was heavily foamed, clearly not cared for, and the area was trashed with multiple glass cups—a dangerous safety hazard. Poor Service & Compensation: The front desk staff was unpleasant and hard to understand, and the lobby coffee was watery and undrinkable. We were offered a 10% refund for the misleading listing, but it was never credited to my card. The alternate offer of a spa credit was useless for our park trip. Terrible Location: This hotel is poorly situated for visiting Grand Teton. The access roads are dangerous and unlit at night. The Final Insult: After leaving, I was unjustly billed $40 for a stuffed moose toy that we did not take. I only received a refund after a follow-up complaint. This entire experience was grossly incompetent, dishonest, and disgusting. I highly recommend you stay elsewhere; this hotel was a one-and-done failure for us. The only highlight was the fantastic views from our balcony and being able to sit in the living room area by the fireplace.

While my husband and I were on our honeymoon, we decided to be a little fancy and stay at Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was delicious. They also had free, on-site laundry that was very helpful for us. The location was quiet, and only about 25 min from Jackson. However, I don't think the hotel was worth the cost. I'm not sure if it was because we had to get a pet friendly room, but I found the bed hard and uncomfortable. My husband had to go to the local Target to get me a pillow because the pillows we had in our room were so flat and unsupportive. I know the area is expensive to begin with, but we have stayed in much nicer accommodations for a more reasonable price.

This is a really nice lodge/hotel, newly remodeled, with great amenities. Staying right in the Village makes for an easy walk out the back door right to the common area and more restaraunts. We would love to go back again. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub, surrounded by mountains was wonderful

Great location relative to the mountain and activities. Outstanding staff. Awful management. Each afternoon the hotel lobby is supposed to have hot chocolate and cider as well as water. They were out of hot chocolate by day 2 or 3 of our week vacation and it was only replenished one afternoon for about 20 minutes. Each evening they have different fun food as well such as shortcake or s'mores. But they also routinely ran out of supplies. All of this is easily fixable. The hot chocolate packets are your standard fare hot chocolate packets that any grocery store has in supply. Same thing with the other missing supplies. While they order from Sysco and those deliveries are not daily, management should have better anticipated as they knew the volume of rooms booked. It felt very nickel and dimed. Another example was for water. The room is supplied with 2 water bottles upon arrival. I didn't know there was a cost for more water bottles so I asked the front desk for more. They said there was a fee for the additional bottles. But they neglected to tell us about the water in the gym, or the filling station that existed by the pool. Everything to push a sale. It felt like a ripoff, which is too bad because the staff, especially Evan, were outstanding.

The staff were very friendly. Andrew is the best bartender in town.

Gorgeous grounds. Great dining options. Close enough to Jackson hole airport and town. Room was nice, the shower was the best part. The pillows could have been better if I’m being picky but everything was awesome!

Location was great. Considering it was Memorial Day weekend there should have been more open in the resort. No fires in the lobby, the lobby bar and coffee not open at all, the restaurant not open during the day and the lounge and bar didn’t open until 5 pm.

At night around 3 or 4 am, a garbage truck would come and make noises outside. Bed was comfortable. The gym was decent and indoor/outdoor pool area was great. But definitely not worth the ~$750 per night including taxes! The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of breakfast food. $9 lattes? Haha. Avocado toast and chilaquiles were mediocre at best. We went elsewhere for our meals after that experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Teton Mountain Lodge. The convenience of being located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort helped make the most of our ski days! There is great shopping at the equipment shop at the base of the mountain as well. Working with Austin, our concierge, made it all so effortless. He was fantastic and full of information; he booked our lift tickets and a snowmobiling excursion with Back Country. The hotel is also a short drive into downtown Jackson where we spent our evenings dining and shopping at the local boutiques. We had our 7 yr. old granddaughter in tow so we also incorporated a horse drawn wagon tour of the Elk Refuge and a day at Snow King, riding the Cowboy Coaster, tubing and skiing...the Elk Refuge and Snow King were also a very short drive from the hotel. Also, dining/drinks in the bar at Spur, located on the ground floor of the hotel, was very casual, cozy and convenient. Don’t forget swimsuits for the pool/hot tub!

The staff was great!! We were able to upgrade to a lovely suite which was very nice. The property is clean, well run and is in an excellent location!

Wonderfully comfortable rooms, though not actually overlooking Grand Tetons. £ does not stretch very well with $ exchange rate at1.30 and taxes on top of every purchase. Meal for two in hotel with a couple of beers and a shared desert.... £140.

Put us in a room next to the lobby, every morning & evening we could hear car doors slamming etc. Room was also near the concierge, definitely avoid these locations. The entire one side of the hotel is facing a construction site which should also be avoided

The young staff at the property were all cordial and professional! Very impressed with the quality of the staff and the level of service!

Nice hotel but waaaaaaay overpriced for what it is. $1200 room was on par with a run of the mill Garden Hilton. It is on a ski property with several hotels 12 miles outside of Jackson but it was the end of a summer vacation so that really didn’t matter so much. Had we known we just would’ve stayed in Jackson. Again nice property but definitely not worth the expense.
