The location was great for accessing Grand Teton National Park and our room was clean. The restaurant was good but expensive. A few things turned me off for the price we paid - The ice machine was not working so we had to go to the front desk to get ice. The hot tub was accessible, but the jets were not working the entire 3 days we stayed. Also, we had to request housekeeping services if we wanted any refreshing during our 3 day stay. Finally, we had issues with the gate to the parking lot on 3 different occasions and once the online help customer service feature was inaccessible so we had to park our car and go inside in order to get out of the parking lot. Service at the front desk was adequate but not overly friendly throughout our entire stay.

The door to the property was broken and there was a plywood door in its place. The property itself was dirty inside - when I went down for breakfast there were multiple tables that hadn't been cleared and crumbs on the bar stools and on the floor where I ended up sitting. The hot tub was not working for 2 of the days I was there, which I don't find acceptable for a hotel at a ski resort.

Overall great stay. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a big plus. The restaurant Wood Pine was delicious. Very accommodating to its guest. We certainly appreciated how Patrick and his staff took care of us. Wonderful service.

Overall stay was positive in terms of room, balcony, and the bed. These were 10/10 great. However, pool was closed, restaurant closed, and shower didn’t get that hot. Wanted to get food and drink but not an option….and got charged a resort fee.

The property was very cool and staff overall were nice. Property could use some maintenance like missing and loose tiles around the pool and hot tub area. The food was just ok, nothing special and the staff seemed to just be there to do their job. With that said the front desk staff was great, the restaurant was a different story, not very welcoming or really interested in how you trip was or how your stay was. No real interaction other than just doing there job.

I paid $624 for my room, and the basement room we got was dirty and the bathroom door was busted. This place is worth $300 tops when it's off season. I wouldn't stay here again.

There was a broken glass in the room which poked my feet. after that i was on edge with my kids running around the room. The next morning i saw a small bug crawling on the bed my kids slept The property should pay more attention to cleaning the room for the price we are paying

The location is great! My room was horrible and not too clean. The a/c had a weird system so we were very hot all night and the people staying upstairs made the stay worst, althought thats a coincidence and not the hotel fault.. but ita suppossed to have quiet hours after 10pm and people staying dont respect that cause they were making noise past 11:30 which made it impoasible to sleep. Tiny bathroom and bad house keeping since they dont want to clean except its past 3 days stay which is ridiculous for rooms with more than 2 people.

We went out for the day and came back to find out that our room was left. Open the whole day because the maid left it open. Our room was had access to the outside with the open stairwell so anyone of the outside could’ve access our room. The room was not also serviced properly. It was later serviced after we learn of the issues.

Gravity Haus was the perfect base for our trip to Grand Teton National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, including a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and parking was easy. This would also be the perfect location for a ski trip!

Everything seems to be perfect if... You get a nice room. Our was ok, but we had only one small window facing the gym, a.k.a. zero privacy. I'm not sure how the hotel was built, but we've heard the people above us every single time when they moved or walk. Oh, and the smell - at some point in the night we noticed swear/toilet smell, that thanks God, went away, but .. Another annoying thing is the paid tea, coffee, etc. in the room. Seriously!? Paying a ton of money and you can't provide complementary water, coffee and tea? Plus no fridge... So, unfortunately this hotel is a big disappointment.

The beds were very comfortable, spacious room. I had booked a suite with a spiral staircase that held another bed and TV thinking it would be perfect for our adult disabled son with autism as we weregoing to be there 5 nights. After 1 night he was too agitated about it, and due to physical constraints of my husband and I, we couldn't be going up and down those stairs. We checked with the front desk and Marianna was so helpful and assured us they could make a room change for us. We left to go drive around and when we returned Marianna and Grant were just amazing and so gracious in helping us out with this switch. They were awesome. Parking was challenging as the lot was shared with another hotel. Washer and dryer were free to use, but there was only 1 of each and they were small. This definitely would not prevent us from recommending the hotel or returning to stay

Although the property was clean, parking was a nightmare, we had a view of a woodpile. Room was very small for a couple. Tv was a pain. No tv guide, had to unplug it to turn it off. Definitely not worth the outrageous price.

We did a hiking trip to the National Park and stayed here since it was centrally located for all the trails and near Jackson. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Comfy beds and nice mini kitchen.The front desk gentleman were so helpful with helping us pick out hikes and super friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing hotel. Staff is excellent. Room was huge with a microwave, fridge, sink, dishes etc. oh and a balcony which I used every night. So clean and spacious. And area is perfect for traveling into Grand Teton NP or the town of Jackson. Absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough. Staff and housekeeping are awesome

Horrible check-in experience with the most unfriendly front desk staff, filthy bathrooms & condition of the lobby area, beat up & really dated room, two TVs but neither one worked, walkways not cleared of snow, worst breakfast food I've ever had (how hard is it to cook some eggs?). I wanted to like this place and stayed for the first time in the Village for convenience to the slopes. This is really a horrible hotel. Don't be lured by the deals or the convenience. Way too many cool place in Jackson to stay, or at least spend a little more to stay at Hotel Terra or Teton Mountain Lodge, which are actual legit properties. The mountain is world class, but this hotel is a joke.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for me when I needed more help than usual. They are kind, helpful, and well trained.

July 17-20 stay at Gravity Haus Jackson Hole. This was our first visit to The Grand Tetons, and it was a birthday wish for my daughter. My travel plans changed and I wanted to cancel the reservation and get a full or partial refund. I contact Expedia tried to contact the hotel manager, but the manager never responded—no replies to emails and no one answered phone calls. When I called, the front desk answered and told me the manager wasn't available but would leave a message for them to call me back. I never heard anything. I called again later, and the front desk answered once more, but after I explained the situation, they abruptly hung up on me without resolving anything. As a result, I had no choice but to drive three and a half hours at 10 PM to get to the hotel and check in. Objectively speaking, this hotel feels like a cheap, privately-run guesthouse similar to some budget accommodations in China. The decor is relatively new, but you can clearly see many cost-cutting measures—for example, there's no desk in the room, and breakfast is not provided. The most unacceptable thing for me was that the toilet seat was larger than the toilet itself, which is the strangest thing I've ever seen. I don’t know if it was just my room or if all rooms are like that. I paid $1,000 for two nights, which honestly feels ridiculous. The only pros are that it’s very close to Grand Teton National Park, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and there’s a really good Thai restaurant nearby.

So much wasted potential. You cannot run a hotel, charge full price rates and have no staff. Issues while here: * Everything closes at 9. No exception. In the middle of dinner and want to order your dessert but it’s after 9? No dessert for you * At dinner the glass of wine was “old” so I asked for A new glass, he charged me for both. Tried to order a meal for my husband and son that were coming back but it was 8:58pm so no food. When they arrived the waiter felt bad and offered my son ice-cream. So sweet…. Until he came back with an updated bill ( I had already paid) with the additional $14! For ice-cream. I mean c’mon man. * AC unit malfunctioned the whole time we were here on 90 degree days and maintenance said they didn’t have a unit to replace it with so we should ask for a discount. Sure. * There is only ever one server for the restaurant so there is no way for you to get food and be on your way in any reasonable time * This morning there was no coffee of breakfast available bc the “guy” didn’t show up * rooms are cleaned every 3rd day ( again bc I think there are only two people doing it) but when they do clean , they completely forget areas, like the coffee machine . So no I’m room coffee. * There doesn’t seem to be any hotel management on site. It’s like a ship with no captain. I love Jackson Hole but will not be coming back to this hotel.

Gravity Haus is an awesome choice for a visit to the Tetons. Located inside of Teton Village, it is very convenient and walkable (though you do have to drive to get to downtown Jackson/the square). The hot tub and pool are awesome and the hours are accommodating. We enjoyed our room as well.

The property was clean and the rooms are perfect for that person looking for a no frills room that puts you close to the mountain for first lift or regrouping during the day with changing weather conditions. Areas the property could get better with would be complimentary drip coffee and dinner opportunities for guests. The coffee shop/breakfast doesn’t open until 7 and 2 of my 4 morning it didn’t open until 7:15. This makes it tough if you are trying to get coffee and make first tram. Also tried to eat in restaurant a couple times for dinner and had no reservations. All in all a great place! Would stay again.

Overall great stay. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a big plus. The restaurant Wood Pine was delicious. Very accommodating to its guest. We certainly appreciated how Patrick and his staff took care of us. Wonderful service.

Overall stay was positive in terms of room, balcony, and the bed. These were 10/10 great. However, pool was closed, restaurant closed, and shower didn’t get that hot. Wanted to get food and drink but not an option….and got charged a resort fee.

The property was very cool and staff overall were nice. Property could use some maintenance like missing and loose tiles around the pool and hot tub area. The food was just ok, nothing special and the staff seemed to just be there to do their job. With that said the front desk staff was great, the restaurant was a different story, not very welcoming or really interested in how you trip was or how your stay was. No real interaction other than just doing there job.

It was a great place overall. Very dog friendly, which is why I chose it! The staff was amazing. My only complaint is that there seemed to be no noise protection between floors. We could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above us walking around early in the morning and it was disrupting to our sleep.

The stay here was incredible. It was conveniently located at the base of the mountain, which made going into town just a short drive. Grant was incredibly friendly and his sweet dog was the star of the weekend. We look forward to coming back and staying at Gravity Haus!
