Many problems with the room keys. But the worst: unclear policy with hotel.com. As a result you get the privilege to get charge twice for tourist/city tax (which are way more expensive that anywhere else Malaysia) once by hotel.com, once by the hitel. the way are pretty

Useless hotel and very very poor maintenance..very bad smell the room and carpet. Water heater and water tap malfunction. Pls do not choose this hotel and not qualify for 4*. Current conditions is *. Really regretting of choosing this hotel.pls don.t choose this hotel

The buffet breakfast was decent. service need to be more customer friendly. The front desk pp and concierge very nice and helpful.
