Yes. A lot of walking. Nice swimming pool for all ages. Great all you can eat breakfast buffet! Staff at the Club are awesome! you guys are great. Polite, great smiling, feel really welcome. Drinks and fingers food are awesome! just nice for guests and companies. Our room is excellent. Thanks Ishak & Nor USA

Hotel room is spacious, clean & comfortable, breakfast is good, hotel staffs are helpful & friendly, overall stayed in this property is value for money

The room electronics were inconsistent and often the powerpoints would stop working or the lights would turn off. The TV never worked and the bar cupboard light would not turn off unless we wedged some paper in the door. The pool slide was dirty and worn. The service at Charcoal was incredibly slow, bringing out one dish at a time and there was a 30 minute wait for two desserts. The food was average quality and the caramel was burnt on a dessert. The resturant was not busy and had plenty of staff. On a more positive note, the wedding we attended was beautifully done and the food at the chinese resturant was excellent. Overall, the place is run down, the rooms are in a need of an upgrade and the staff (Charcoal staff particularly) need more training/positive reinforcement as their attitudes were genenerally poor. Certainly not a 5 star experience.
