I had a truly exceptional stay at the Geno Hotel. From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' Even though it is time for me to return home to the U.S., I know I will be back in a few months and will definitely stay here again!- -See you all very soon. -Mrs. Noemi B

The house keeping really not doing their job after i checked in the room the toilet a lot of previous customers hairs and the bath tub so dirty, The bed leave so many hairsssss
