The hotel building and facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of varieties. Make sure you ask for a room with window view of the theme park. The view of the lights of the theme park and people playing in the theme park is gorgeous. There's the new big mall Central icity just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel. I LOVE this mall, it has everything you would need or want to buy. The mall is also very spacious, lots of shops and dining areas, and very clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I love the experience.

We thought we were treating ourselves to a few nights of luxury but we're disappointed. We wouldn't stay here again.

Property is new and clean but can be better (spotted a stain on the sink and it is still there after house keeping, guess all hotels nowadays do not do a thorough clean anymore) Water pressure in the shower is very bad, usual 15 mins bath time would probably takes 30 mins.

Stayed from 11th of April till 17th of April. Our Room had great view. Bed was comfortable. Tv had limited channels. Staff is extremely caring. Very courteous, ready to help. Breakfast had variety. There was a choice of Malay, Indian, Chinese and western. Fruits were not much of choice, there was watermelon, melon and maybe pineapple. Teh tarik was luke warm extremely sweet sickly taste. Coffee was a great let down. Our room showers were a let down. The cubicle is so small to accommodate for the massive bath which is a waste of space. Shower leaks through the shower door. The floor towel was soaked and had to use another to step on to a dryer towel.

We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day. Jordan's helpfulness truly turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant and manageable one. It’s employees like him who make a hotel stand out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, but the service we received, especially from Jordan, is why we will definitely be choosing the DoubleTree again. Location is good due to close proximity to mall and airport. Shopping and F&B at mall needs to improve with better quality food and better shopping experience . To give you an idea Setia city mall is much better . Night surrounding can be boring otherwise generally satisfactory .

Except for the location, which is a bit far from KLCC, all other aspects were fantastic. The food was delicious and varied, and all staff would greet you with a big smile. They consistently pay great attention to your needs with outstanding hospitality. The room was neat and clean without any odour, which I liked the most during my stay. This location is distant from the hustle, bustle, and traffic of Kuala Lumpur, yet it’s only a half-hour taxi ride away, which is very affordable and easily arranged via the Grab app. The hotel is impeccable. The food was exceptional, and the service and staff were outstanding. The staff and management truly exemplify the Hilton brand. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
