Great location on the river bank. The facilities felt outdated but still fairly well maintained. Room was large and had a nice view of the Bandai bridge. Got a cold on Sado island but I had a really nice sleep back to Niigata and felt completely recharged. Super kind and attentive staff. Parking is a bit pricy at the hotel but I had no problems finding plenty of parking lots nearby.

外装、内装共に旧さは目立つが、決して汚い感じはない。室内も清潔さが保たれ、好感が持てた。フロントのスタッフの対応も非常に良い。ただし、ベッドメイキングは素人っぽく、シーツが上手く挟まれておらず、就寝後翌朝には捲れあがってしまっていた。室内の冷蔵庫は小さく冷えが悪い（これは何とかしてほしい）。6階にある電子レンジは便利だが、スタッフルームの直ぐ傍に設置されてるので朝などスタッフ交代の時間帯は使用しにくい。地下駐車場はとにかく狭く入出庫が大変でした。
