Hotel Sunroute Niigata

The property and rooms were a little dated and the rooms smelled like smoke. Room size was adequate and breakfast buffet was good, with Adele ton of local area dishes. But overall good value

Great location and proffessional and helpful staff. Good wifi and room cleanliness. Great offer of toilettries. Terrific array of restaurants and services in the area. Really Recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend the Hotel Sunroute Niigata. It is convenient to the train station with many bars, parking options and restaurants nearby. Google translate the street parking lots if you don't use the hotel garage. Some have deals with the hotel where you pay a lower rate for overnight parking. I had great service from the hotel staff who helped me with figuring that out and saving a lot of money. We really enjoyed our visit to Niigata and Hotel Sunroute was the right place for us!
