フロントのスタッフさんは皆さんとても親切で感じ良かったです。朝のビュッフェも美味しかったです。新潟ならではお米コシヒカリが食べ比べ出来るよう3種類あったのもとても良かったです。自動販売機が館内にフロントフロアにジュース系が一台のみなのでお酒などの自動販売機は無かったです。でも近くにコンビニとマクドナルドがあるので便利でした。
