• This property has 3 onsite spa facilities: Spa Seina, located in the main building, offers facials and body treatments; Bedrock Bath facility, located in the main building, is equipped with heated stone beds; and the Bade Zone, located in the Bade Building, is equipped with a hot spring (public bath and open-air bath), separate saunas for men and women, steam room, an indoor and outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub.

• Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to midnight.
• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
