Enjoyed a big public bath. And building is relatively new. Twin bed room is very small but it’s enough for short stay for a person. It was not easy to find the hotel when coming from Odawara station. Couldn’t find any signs. And, if your room faces the station side, you can hear sounds of trains and announcements of odawara station

I needed a room at the last minute, and Tensein Annex came through nicely when other places were already full. Not only did I get an excellent place to sleep for the night, but I learned that they have public bath on the tenth floor that uses water from a source in Hakone. This communal bath has an open air section that looks out over Odawara Castle. A truly memorable experience, I will treasure it always.

Awesome place with two Achilles heel issues. Neither are fixable, and one of the two should be expected. First is noise; I did expect some subway noise, but pipe banging through the night was irritating (if you had to wake up for bathroom, otherwise not loud enough to wake you up on its' own accord). Second; woh unto anybody running late, but the elevator situation SUCKS! You are competing with bath/sauna floor, health clinic floors, plus local services, and private offices on all the other floors with a decent restaurant with views on the 14th floor to top it all off! Other than that ... 10 out of 10.

Hotel provided clear instructions to find the reception (perhaps this was in response to the people who had issues finding it - we had no problems getting from the Odawara Shinkansen platform to the Hotel reception). Friendly staff, clean modern facilities. Comfortable bed and great buffet breakfast with plenty of Japanese style foods. Rooftop footbath is excellent - very relaxing and great view. Super convenient to public transport and great base for exploring Hakone.

駅直結でアクセスは最高です。飲食店やコンビニも隣接していて便利。高齢な両親との旅でしたが、足の不自由な母にはアクセスの良さがとても助かりました。大風呂は利用可能時間も長く、夜も朝も利用して快適。浴室は然程大きくはないですが非常に清潔。ただ、脱衣所の洗面台オーバフロー穴の掃除状況がちょっと目についてしまいした。また、雪肌精の基礎化粧品が設置されていて素敵ですが、化粧水は全て空で残念。チェックをあまりしていないのかなと。ルームは今回「スーペリアツインルーム」を3名で利用したため、サブベッドを設置してくださったのが理由とは思いますが、ちょっとお部屋は狭く感じました。あとエアコンの埃が見えて気になりました。とはいえ、13階だったこともあり、大きな窓からの展望は素晴らしく、海が綺麗に見えます。それを見て、翌日漁港までランチに行きたくなりました。館内着も上下セパレートでとても使いやすかったです。人数分ミネラルウォーターのサービスも嬉しかったです。トータル的に満足なので、小田原に来た際はまた利用したいと思います。

Room condition is great. The bed is comfortable and the area is large for a single bed room. Location is very convenient and the path is covered which there is not much problem when raining outside. However, as my room is facing the train station, thus it was quite noisy until midnight. Moreover the wifi connection is poor.

The rooms on the one side of the hotel look onto a busy train station. I had trouble sleeping. They were unwilling to change my room until I asked him if there was a room I could pay more for on the quieter side of the hotel. They then found a room and charged me an additional fee. It’s an OK hotel, and definitely situated right next to the train station for convenience.

The hotel is a short walk from the Odawara Station, located in a multi-purpose building that includes the hotel and a food court as well as shops and additional food options in an outdoor food court. The room was just below the top floor with a wonderful view of Odawara and the sea. It was comfortable and quiet, with nice amenities. The hotel is also located a few minutes walk from the Odawara Castle and park as well as other shops and restaurants in nearby areas of the city, which we enjoyed exploring before dinner. Odawara is a lovely city and this hotel's location makes it accessible. The breakfast was excellent with a great and delicious variety of Japanese and western cuisine. Upon check out, we were a short walk from the rental car company. A great stay all-around.

A bit hard to find first, it’s in the main building adjacent to the station, very convenient if you try to visit hakone or mt omuro, Shinzuka. Room are bit dated but most spacious we stayed in Japan. Room is neat and clean, it feels like a four star hotel for sure.

The staff asked for extra money for hot spring services even we use or not still had to be paid extra charge for hot spring services. Despite that was a small amount but the procedure was not right. I would not go to that hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were polite and nice. I appreciated that they made an effort to explain things to me in English. They also sent me detailed guidelines for getting to the hotel which was very helpful. The stay at the hotel was comfortable and it was convenient to go shopping in the area. However, there was some noise from the nearby train that was a bit disturbing.

Hotel is strategically located right at the train station and it was easy to navigate. We didn't have to lug our luggage far. Hotel room was spacious, enough to put a big and small luggage without feeling cramp. Public bath at level 10 was easily assessable and a good relaxation place too. Foot bath at level 14 was quite interesting too. The hotel service staff wasn't eloquent in English so we had some challenges trying to ask question. And out of the blue, we were asked to pay the bathing tax which was not indicated on Expedia.
