A great hotel, nice big rooms. Took us a day to discover there was a shuttle bus to and from Otsu Station, but when utilised it was easier, as it's a 20 minute walk to Zeze Station (closest JR station). Was disappointed to hear there was no laundry facility for guests.

Great Hotel, sky view rooms are great, top of Otsu is awesome, free transportation from Otsu station.....loved it. Room service was very atentive, house keeping daily, awesome! However, I disagree with pool fees, as a guest I should be able to use the facilities within the hotel free of charge. Also, you need to make reservations for restaurants, no walk ins. Other than that all good. Thanks.

Lyxigt hotell med pool och rymligt rum. Fin service och riktigt fyllig frukost. Mycket smidig och gratis shuttle bus till Otsu station och så är man i Kyoto med tåget på 10 min. Poolen var fin, dock bara 1m djup överallt. Den kostade också att använda.
