I was just passing but a great value find , bed was lovely , room was great but the lady on reception was very friendly , funny and genuine . I sat in the bar for a few beers and it had a really nice feel .

Nice hotel, lovely staff. I was charged again on arrival but it was quickly amended and reimbursed once I realised I had paid through Hotel.com. Room was spacious and clean, shower was great. Downside was that the aircon was not working and the room was too hot, being over the garage downstairs it was too noisy with the window open, so baked in the room all night. No drink making facilities in the rooms but there is a very pleasant bar and restaurant downstairs.

We stayed there 15 nights and enjoyed it. It is not a pretentious hotel but it lives up to it's 3 star standard. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff eager to please and quite friendly. Bar and eatery open 24 hours. Minimalist and nice decor. House keeping every day and calm and sympathetic atmosphere. We will be back.

My bed was clean however the bathroom could do with a thorough clean. The shower tray wasn’t clean, the toilet, bathroom floor and walls all showed lack of proper cleaning attention. The lifts were dirty. The carpets in the corridors from the lift all the way to my room looked like they had not been vacuumed cleaned in a while. There was crumbs and stains in several places.

The property in general was fine, pleasant desk staff. There was a smell as if gases from the drains, but wasn’t coming from the drains. Staff could only air out room and attempt to cover the smell, which returned, with an odor spray. The room was, in general, clean—-except for the crusted rim and outside of the toilet bowl.

DO NOT STAY HERE. 31 degrees outside hotter inside with no air conditioning even though they advertised they had it. Staff changed our room once but the whole system was shut down. Staff said they would talk to the manager about it but nothing changed. Three days as hot as hell. Also our TV didnt work. Staff said they would tell the manager. Nothing was done. We had no TV for 3 days. Never going to an Ibis again.

If there is 0 star, I will give it a 0! We had a terrible stay at this hotel! Both rooms we booked were so smelly and noisy that it was almost impossible to breathe or sleep. We requested to change rooms, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked. However, the next morning when we decided to check out early (as we had booked two nights), the staff suddenly told us, “Why didn't you change rooms for the second night?” Obviously, they lied to us from the beginning. We then requested a refund for the 2nd night only which we would not be able to stay for another torture, but they refused, saying it was a non-refundable booking. However, this clause only applies when guests cancel for personal reasons, not when the room conditions are so terrible that it’s simply unfit for anyone to stay. We are extremely angry and disappointed by this experience. The way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable, and I hope this feedback warns other travelers to think twice before booking this hotel. Personally, I will never stay at this property—or any hotel from this chain—again！！！Never!!!

Lors de notre arrivée la date a la réception pas de bonjour juste 2 minutes svp. Le soir nous sommes descendus a la réception acheté une bouteille d'eau car dans la chambre rien n'est proposée même pas une petite bouteille d'eau alors que nous avons déjà séjourné dans d'autres hôtels du même nom et il y avait un petit meuble a l'entrée avec bouilloire pour thé... Et un genre de petit frigo avec de l'eau. Nous avons dû payer 3€ la bouteille de 50cl. Le monsieur a la réception au soir pareil aucun bonsoir, juste indiqué 3€ svp. Niveau literie nous avons deux lits simple collé et franchement pas pratique car les matelas se séparent en pleine nuit et donc peur de tomber du lit j'ai du en pleine nuit remettre le matelas. Au niveau de la chambre pas mal de poussière au niveau du placard je n'ai même pas osé prendre l'oreille dans l'armoire. Le matin la personne a la réception très gentille et avec un BONJOUT, il devrait peut être former ces collègues sur la politesse... Petit déjeuner simple mais très bien.

Mon séjour à Ibis Alost a tout simplement été un cauchemar suite au refus d'un employé du nom de Jelle travaillant à la réception de l'hôtel qui nous (moi et un ami) a refusé l'accès au petit déjeuner arguant que nous n'avions pas payé le montant du petit-déjeuner lors de notre paiement en ligne. Nous avons demandé de prendre le petit dejeuner et payer à la sortie de notre séjour mais il a exigé une garantie. Il nous a menacé même de nous faire sortir de l'hôtel et d'appeler la police. Il a aussi décidé d'interdire notre accès au restaurant de l'hôtel. De tous les séjours que j'ai eu à faire dans un hôtel dans tous les 27 pays des cinq continents que j'ai visité, c'est le plus pire séjour que j'ai eu et il me sera difficile de séjourner dans un Hôtel IBIS. J'ai eu le sentiment d'être mal traité à cause de la couleur de ma peau. Je vais officiellement porté plainte au sein du Groupe Ibis Hôtels.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn zwischen Gent und Brüssel und bietet somit einen guten Standort, um beide Städte zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten, das war sehr ruhig. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist IBIS-typisch schlicht und funktional, das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war gut, an einem von drei Tagen (Sonntag) war es allerdings sehr voll und es wurde schon früh nicht mehr alles nachgelegt.
