Wonderful view of the bay. Excellent bed. The AC did not work properly. Had to drop the thermostat to 16.5 degrees C after midnight. Overnight it turned off. Was too warm. Desk said would have the manager address the problem. Also said I paid Hotels.com and he can’t give us a concession/discount. Since 13-14 of August, we have not heard from the hotel. They should stand behind the quality of their hotel when there is a problem or complaint. We love Israel and come multiple times every year. We stayed in Dan hotels in Eilat and Tel Aviv in years past. Dan should stand behind the quality of its hotels.
