There was a lot of mold in the air conditioner for three days and by then my whole family was already sick and I wanted to leave the hotel immediately, but the manager said they would sort everything out. The deal was changed to a worse room and there were also a lot of problems in the room that some of them didn't fix. Despite many requests, after many requests for adequate compensation, a preliminary inspection, giving me access to the bar and all sorts of things that didn't satisfy my request because we lost a full vacation because the whole family was sick. There are many more unpleasant details that I could detail and that you might be interested in. I called the front desk and he didn't answer me on purpose. After I found him, he simply explained to me that he doesn't answer people during work hours, even though I saw him talking on his cell phone while working without a problem. After I asked him if he knew why I was nervous, he said it seemed to him that something had happened to the air conditioner in our room. I explained that because of their negligence, the whole family got sick.

Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service.
