The place is very nice and nostalgic . It gives old vibes from the outside but fresh and new inside still with the touch of the authenticity of the old building. It was very convinient with all the necessaities in the room and they were nice and welcoming and we had everything as we ordered. we even had netflix . The food was delicoius and clean. The hotel was clean and we really enjoyed our staying in the room. we had access to the dinning room 24 hours for water coffee and tea which was a nice addition,the hotel is located in a great place and we had all kinds of stores and resturants around and there was a near by free parking for the car. there is bus stop near also. I recommend this hotel very much and comparing to other hotels it is cheap and great.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast fantastic. Guests are required to be checked in for breakfast. Available parking behind the hotel was great to have but complicated to get to due to one way roads. Ear plugs are a necessity if you want to get to sleep. Very loud music nearby can be fun or a deterrent, although the proximity to great restaurants is nice.

Otel yol üzerindeki park yerini zincirle kapatmış ancak biz park ettiğimizde ceza yazılır dediler. oysa yol üzerinde benzer park yerlerine araç bırakılıyordu. Odanın tuvalet sifonu bozuktu, sürekli su israf ediyordu. Kahvaltı güzel sayılır. Oda gürültülü, yola bakan odalara gece caddeden çok araç gürültüsü geliyor. Yeri çok güzel. Hayfa da ya burada ya da yukarıda Camel kalmak en güzeli.

The hotel is excellently located with great restaurants around. Not much parking but we got lucky and never had a problem. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, breakfast was peaceful and delicious. The hotel is on the older side but, for us, that just added to its character. With the exception of some water damage on the walls the room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The Colony Hotel is a very clean and comfortable hotel in in interesting area of Haifa. There are many places to eat near by. The breakfast was excellent. There did not appear to be any assistance available for our luggage, and as the parking is not next to the hotel this may be an issue for some guests.

Guter Service. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Gutes Viertel in Haifa mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum ausgehen. Frühstück reichhaltig und vielfältig. Auf Nachfrage auch Glutenfreies Brot. Ich würde diese Unterkunft bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Haifa wieder buchen.

A very basic and clean hotel in the German Colony with a good staff, good breakfast in a very nice location on a street that looks directly into the Baha’i Gardens with many excellent restaurants. It’s a great street to have dinner and take a walk to see the gardens lit up at night which is spectacular. Otherwise the hotel is just basic. It’s also a close walk to the train station and the bus to go up the mountain to the top of the garden and sites.

The best part of this property is actually the breakfast, it’s outstanding. The rooms are decent but a bit small. The staff is great and helpful. Whatever you do, try your best not to get a room facing the main road. He gets very loud at night with the traffic and the kids on motorcycles

Room was loud. Fans were open to outside in two directions so could hear housekeeping staff at work as well as outside noise. It was a cold night and the air was rushing through as well. Unacceptable maintenance shortcuts. Staff called our room at 9 to ask if we wanted housekeeping after the housekeeper had knocked on the door and we had asked for them to return later.
Room was loud. Fans were open to outside in two directions so could hear housekeeping staff at work as well as outside noise. It was a cold night and the air was rushing through as well. Unacceptable maintenance shortcuts. Staff called our room at 9 to ask if we wanted housekeeping after the housekeeper had knocked on the door and we had asked for them to return later.

This hotel was situated in one of the former German colony buidings. It was in an ideal location close to the Bahai Gardens and the main tourist centre with lots of restaurants within close proximity. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was large and quiet with everything we needed.

This is a quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the German Colony. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that the air-conditioning in our room was not working. We notified the front desk, and they sent a repair person. However, it still was not working. The staff shoukd have verified that it was fixed. It was very warm in Haifa that week and this is Israel after all!

The staff was exceptional!! They were always kind courteous and went beyond our expectations. Location was exactly what we needed. Our room view was perfect to be able to see the Bahá’í terraces and Shrine. Bus transportation was close, plenty of restaurants available. I can honestly say I miss all of them.

This is a quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the German Colony. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that the air-conditioning in our room was not working. We notified the front desk, and they sent a repair person. However, it still was not working. The staff shoukd have verified that it was fixed. It was very warm in Haifa that week and this is Israel after all!

The staff was exceptional!! They were always kind courteous and went beyond our expectations. Location was exactly what we needed. Our room view was perfect to be able to see the Bahá’í terraces and Shrine. Bus transportation was close, plenty of restaurants available. I can honestly say I miss all of them.

The breakfast buffet was superb. I recommend this hotel .Restaurant everywhere , ATM is accross the street. We are couple traveling for the first time in Israel.

The best part of this property is actually the breakfast, it’s outstanding. The rooms are decent but a bit small. The staff is great and helpful. Whatever you do, try your best not to get a room facing the main road. He gets very loud at night with the traffic and the kids on motorcycles

Guter Service. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Gutes Viertel in Haifa mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum ausgehen. Frühstück reichhaltig und vielfältig. Auf Nachfrage auch Glutenfreies Brot. Ich würde diese Unterkunft bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Haifa wieder buchen.
