Everything at this hotel/motel is up to date and very clean. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Check-in was quick and easy. The coffee machine in the lobby was excellent coffee (I loved the dark roast). The laundry room was clean. If you want to use the clothes dryer, use the one closest to the table. The restaurant at the other end of the Inn has really good and reasonably priced food. Everything about our stay at Accent Inn was wonderful.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Clean facilities and helpful practices (i.e. they keep a supply of toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors at the front desk in case guests need something). Laundry, gym, hot tub and sauna. They gave my little daughter a rubber ducky. When a vending machine wasn’t taking my card payment, the guy at the front desk grabbed some change and paid in cash for the item I was trying to get and gave it to me.

Wouldn’t accept cash, insisted on having a credit card upon check in. Staff were not very friendly at front counter, however the cleaning staff were extremely polite and friendly. Hot tub was out of order. Room seemed dated. No extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. Hotel located a 20 minute drive to Granville area and downtown. Close to the Space centre and other event centres. Quite location during the evening and early morning, does get louder during the day with traffic. Situated in industrial looking area.

This is a sweet hotel that impressed me with the nicest staff and efforts to make it comfortable. Plenty of easy parking, funny little signs everywhere, everything you need in the room for an overnight like a toaster oven, kettle, etc and the lobby has a nice little coffee station for your morning coffee.

Excellent staff - exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Very good choice for those travelling with pets as the motel has numerous grassy areas. The bed was very comfortable and smelled of fresh laundry - loved the pillows as well! My only complaint would be the carpets. They’re in desperate need of a clean.

There were used coffee cups in our room when we checked in. Air conditioning unit was leaking leaving a wet puddle on the floor which my little ones would have had to step in to get out of bed. The room keys for our rooms (we were a small group), continued to deactivate and when asking staff why this continues to happen, they reacted in a way that seemed they were being put out. They moved us to a new room but never followed up again and never cleaned our room though we were there for 6 days.

Our first room wasn’t very clean and the toilet leaked. It was on the second floor and very noisy with traffic and loads of kids screaming and running by the doors. We got moved up to the 3rd floor. This motel is dated and in need of renovations. Very popular with sports teams. I would not stay again.

Everything was great beaides the cleanliness of the rooms. My bed was full of ants, allover the nightstands and in the sheets, hair that was not mine - I'm bald.

Overall the experience was good. However there was some noticeable draft points in the front door and the outside activity as people passed the door can be heard very clearly at the door and window. (Abruptly loud). But when things were calm, it was a very peaceful experience. The staff were helpful and very kind. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised by huge size of executive suite which featured large living room and wrap around 3 piece sectional sofa with coffee table, separate galley kitchen with full size fridge, microwave stove plus a separate dining room with large table and 4 dining chairs. Large separate bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv in both bedroom and living room. Short walk to lobby and ice machine . Lobby had espresso/coffee machine that ground and brewed the coffee by push button. Great location close to retail mall, supermarket, restaurants and Skytrain station.

Air conditioning was so strong, which was very nice on such hot days. Room had lots of room, good space with couch and entertainment area along with kitchenette. Only thing, I wish the bathroom was bigger as the door opening in gave very little space to maneuver.

Room is spacious even for 4 people with 3 big luggages. The sink and make up area is outside of the bathroom, good for mom and teenage girls to do their make up without taking space/ locking bathroom door. Love the rubber duck and the duck related jokes around the facility.

Great experience. Really loved all the individual outlets and reading lights around the bed. Bed was super comfy and there were lots of pillows. Loved the lemon hand soap and toiletries. Only thing that was missing was some hand lotion. Could have also used an extra blanket. Area for improvement would be some overhead lighting as we found the room very dim at night. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Location was convenient with short walk to busses and metro. Would definitely stay again.

The Accent Inns in Burnaby is our go-to hotel when we come to Burnaby. It is clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are AMAZING and are always attentive to any needs we might have. I give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them!

This location is great for most of my Business travel. It is a clean and reliable Hotel. On my most recent stay - there was a flood in the room and I woke to a pool of water to walk through. The front desk staff in the morning was great, the afternoon - not as good.

The front desk was so amazing in looking after my 85 year old mothers needs. They put us on a ground floor and were amazing in every way possible for her. This hotel is very clean, very accomodating close to everything. I would definitely recommend.

The location was great and the burger lounge had amazing food and was great for the kid. However, we had a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Our young kids (3 and 5) were sleeping in the one bed. When we finally went to sleep in the other we found a huge indentation / hole in the mattress. We texted the problem as per the instructions in the room, also mentioning that our kids were now sleeping. Instead of texting back they actually called on the room telephone, which was super loud. Luckily it didn't wake them up. The guy offered to switch rooms but at that point we couldn't really move as our children were sleeping. They said they would speak to the manager and e never heard anything back. I mentioned it again in the morning and was told they would inform management. Still no response. I then contacted them by email and again, no response. It's been a week now. I'm really disappointed. The damage to the mattress was very obvious so house keeping should have noticed that when making the bed. Knowing that our children were sleeping, it seemed really inconsiderate calling the phone. They could have actually just switched the mattresses seeing as they had available rooms but that was offered. I feel that management could have at least made contact and compensated for the poor experience. Given that people stay in hotels as they need somewhere to sleep, in my opinion the bed is the most important aspect. I held off writing this review but they made no effort.

I booked due to my regular hotel being full. It was much cleaner than I had expected. Great staff who are very friendly and ensure that you have all the info. Lots of parking and I like the direct access to the rooms from outside. Bin 4 Burger restaurant on site was a nice surprise as well with a great menu and atmosphere to kill some time. Gilmore Skytrain station is a short walk. I stay in the area often and will definitely stay here again.

It was in a good location with a coffee spot & restaurant a few steps away. Super easy to get on the road into downtown Vancouver! The staff were very friendly & helpful--I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay. I highly recommend this hotel! BTW...I recommend not staying in downtown Vancouver. Very crowded and some not great areas (E Hastings St)
