Expected two nights but toggling between properties on the Expedia app somehow switched my reservations to one night. Only one night at the hotel. Staff very nice. Pool and jacuzzi was advertised as heated but it was.not. Overall good experience.

Even thought you have to pay for parking, both nights I stayed there, there was no parking. When I called the front desk to ask where I was supposed to park, they were rude and essentially told me there would hopefully be parking available in 3 hours (around 9 pm) I was exhausted from a full weekend of training and just wanted to be in my room relaxing, especially since you havr to pay to park this is unacceptable. The hotel rooms feel outdated for the price, I wouldnt choose to stay here again in the future. They do have some decent restaurants within walking distance though.

We were woken up at 7:30am on a Sunday by contractors doing work on a landing right outside of our room window. It shook our floor in our room and was quite loud. Our room also wasn’t very clean there was a dark red smudge on our headboard and a few other unclean things in the room. When we told the front desk about being woken up by the noise they just said there were a few complaints and had told them to stop working for the time being (it was going on for at least half an hour) It is conveniently located close to the sky train and restaurants so that is a good part. I however won’t be staying here again.

We do like within the property the cleanliness of the room, the amenities that comes with it. And the reception staff was so nice in helping find a way possible to let us to checkin at an early time. Thanks Executive Suite Hotel for the pleasant stay. Highly recommended👍

Room was dirty, bathroom full of black mold, visible breaker panels in the wall. Old paint cracks, smelled terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. We literally left the hotel despite the fact that we had paid for it since it felt unsafe and not hygienic at all.

We stayed here for 3 nights. They were helpful with early check-in with no charge. Our 1st room had issues with a bunch of fruit flies. Their windows were closed, so no idea where it came from. The evening staff was not helpful and asked us to deal with it in the morning. So we ended up having to sleep in that room. The morning staff asked us to pack our things so they can change our room. Our second room was quite malodorous with old smoking smell. Would not be coming back and would not recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We stayed here after attending a concert at the PNE. It was very close by and rooms larger than anticipated. Apartment sized fridge and freezer. Staff were pleasant, but checking in seemed to take a long time even though we were the only ones there.

The Executive is my preferred business stay in metro Vancouver. It is centrally located and the rooms are large with a real refrigerator and a large working area with a desk and television. The bedroom locks off from the kitchen/work area which doubles as a living room. It has some signs of age, but one of the best reasonably priced options I have come across in greater Vancouver

I had a great stay! Conveniently located! Clean and friendly staff. My one complaint is the loud AC unit on the 4th floor 1 bedroom King suite. It would turn on (so loud), shut off then would get super warm. Then turn on again - this disturbed my sleep and was their 3 nights. I did not feel well rested.

Very disappointed in the customer service and treatment we received our stay here. Do not recommend to book here if you are planning to stay the night for a special event, celebrating anything, or wanting to converse with friends. Received 4 noise complaints in the span of 5-10 minutes for talking with friends in the front lounge area of the hotel room with very thin walls. Very rude customer service attendant, it seemed to be racially discriminating, threatening to kick us out of our room, as well as another multicultural group staying at the hotel, in order to please a Caucasian gentleman complaining about 7 people staying at the hotel at 7pm. As well, do not use their sofa beds. They were stained and dirty sheets inside. Probably recommend the hotel for flight attendants who need sleep during the day as per the manager’s rationale for our justified treatment.

Second time I’ve stayed at the hotel and both times were a very positive experience. The rooms are well appointed very clean. Staff are friendly helpful in particular. I’d like to give a shout out for Alex behind the front desk. She was just great on both occasions she’s sincere and genuine and just a pleasure. When I’ve had slight problems she has responded with a genuine willingness to sort them out and indeed they have been thank you Alex!

Staff was very helpful and friendly, let us know about the area. Room was clean and spacious. Did not get a chance to enjoy the outdoor pool or hot tub, but the jacuzzi in the room worked well. Restaurant was good for dinner, breakfast was okay. Overall a good stay.

This is the worst hotel service I've ever experienced, bar none. When we checked in at 11 PM on August 27th, the male server had a stern face and responded to every inquiry or request with a cold, "No." However, when we checked out, the female server on duty gave us a different response. We could get the items we needed at the front desk, but I don't understand why the night staff treated us so badly. Could it be that our late check-in time affected his rest? If there's a way to file a complaint, please let me know. I need to file a complaint.

No towels in my room upon checkin When I called down to get towels brought up, the Front desk person had taken the phone off the hook to talk to his friend Room service asked us to leave early. Said the hotel was busy and we should leave early so they didn’t need to wait for checkout time to get the room cleaned for the next guest.

Location not in downtown, but inna nice area with all comforts and accessible via Skytrain. Nice staff at the reception, my special note to Alex, good foid at breakfast. Room a bit out to date, especially considering the price paid.

Close to the Skytrain station which made it easy for us to get to the concert. Hotel is very clean and bright, staff is excellent! There is a Cactus Club across the parking lot so great dining too! Definitely recommend it.

In short - I would stay there again. The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff were excellent. They should get rid of their high dollar restaurant and put in something more reasonable for this type of hotel. They do provide parking, but you find out at check-in that it's paid parking, and it is not cheap. Several of the outlets in our room, both on the walls and on the tables, did not work. The main elevator in the lobby was out of order for the duration of my stay.

The hotel was clean, and check in & check out was seamless. The only gripe was with the onsite restaurant Acqua, on its website it showed that Sunday brunch was served to 2pm. This was not the case. The restaurant attendant said that the restaurant closed at 10am. The restaurant hours were not posted in the elevator or on the menu at the entrance of the restaurant. This could be an easy improvement! Would stay again.
