Executive Suites Hotel & Conference Center, Metro Vancouver

Hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms are spacious. For me it was important to have an easy access parking space. Breakfast was a la carte, tasty. Service was great both in the reception and restaurant.

Good place to stay if you're on business and don't want to spend a ton of money very average if it's for a holiday front desk, staff are nice

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable! I'm also such a huge fan of having silverware in the room (rather than using wooden disposable cutlery). The fitness room is a little dated though and could certainly use an update.

Great location great service

I was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk employee was unpleasant and came across as rude, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel. Additionally, I do not understand why, as a guest, I am required to pay for parking. I specifically chose this hotel based on the availability of parking, and at no point during the reservation process was it mentioned that parking or breakfast would incur additional charges. This lack of transparency is frustrating and does not reflect well on the overall experience.
