The server at the restaurant was very helpful with our youngest daughter due to her food allergies in ensuring the food was safe. Thank you!

I cancelled my booking two weeks in advance, and I guess still charged for it. I’m not impressed. I’m actually pissed off that the whole booking system how it’s being handled.

The hotel was in a nice location and walkable to the sky train and a grocery store. The kitchen was poorly stocked and hard to actually use. Rooms were dated and the air conditioning was only in the bedroom so for the other bed to stay cool the door to the bedroom had to stay open which defeated the purpose of 2 rooms. Lighting in the living room was poor as well. The pull out bed was quite dated and ok for the kids but not great.
