Dirty bathroom floor. Elevator not working. I was stuck in one that had not been working properly but management hadn't put an out of service sign or barriers. Ice machine on our floors was out of order. The one on the next floor was discharging ice all over the floor. The underground parking is extremely busy and frequently backed up. At $22 per night it was frustrating to deal with. Overall i expected more from a Hilton.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were misleading. The pool is a very narrow lap pool. Not the kind of pool that you would sit around and have your kids play in. The hot tub was just a bit bigger that a bathtub in your house.

Not enough EV charging parking spot. Single destination charger for Tesla and 2 normal electrical outlet for home charging adapters. That is unacceptable for $300 stay per night hotel. The pool is extremely small given how big the hotel size. Everything else was good especially the breakfast

I should have chosen the Hilton Downtown vs Metrotown for Seattle sightseeing. I was surprised that glassware had to be requested and didn’t see the notice to that effect, and the bottled water in the room was $3. For what we paid, I expected free water and glasses. And the hot tub was broken

It's the third time I've stayed at Hilton. The experience was not very good, because the room was not cleaned. The hair of the previous tenant can be seen in the bathroom and the room. There are also empty bottles that have not been picked up in the corner. Overall, it's not worth the price, very disappointed.

Close to all stores and restaurants. doesn’t smell smoke or old. Except cups for coffee were not supplied and beddings and towels were not sure they were new or changed. Although it was tidy when we entered into the room but when we started using them the beddings didn’t smell fresh but used. Too late to asked for change. Probably the cleaner forgot to scout the corners of every inch of the place because there was a c$5 tip left prior to us. That’s why I doubted if the room was really cleaned and beddings and linens were changed or new!

My overall stay was good. The only disappointment was that my room was really hot. Unfortunately there was no AC access from the room thermostat due to the time of year. I had the fan blowing on high at the lowest temperature possible and my room was still really hot. It would have been nice if there was access to open up a window in the room.

The hotel itself is pretty straight forward. It's right across from the Crystal Mall and many, many Asian restaurants. There aren't a ton of 3-star options in Metrotown, so this is probably the best you will find in the area. The rooms are a tiny bit older, but not super dated, yet. The AC was not working properly, and the toilet was flushing very slowly. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.

We returned to the Hilton for the last two nights of our Canada trip. Unfortunately our room was not ready despite us being there at the 4pm check-in time. Long story short, we waited an hour to be given a room. However, after speaking to the manager, we were upgraded to an executive room and offered free breakfast for our stay which was appreciated. I’m not sure what had gone wrong with housekeeping/ the check-in process and why our room/an alternative room wasn’t available so something had obviously gone wrong and the staff member on the desk was not very competent at dealing with the situation. However, we did appreciate the manager’s efforts to make up for whatever had gone wrong. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were a few options for eating out. Easy walk to the Metrotown tube.

This property is very close to shopping and public trasportation. Overall, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. One thing to note is that the rooms were not ready when we checked in. This seems to be an ongoing issue with other guests as well. Checkin time was 4pm but rooms were not ready until 6pm or later. Not sure if this is mismanagement by allowing guests to have late checkouts or understaffing the cleaning crew. This needs to fixed immediately. It is not a good experience when you have to wait well into the late evening for your room.

After we got here we were concerned we were a bit far from downtown. However this area is a great little city of its own. A lot of great restaurants nearby and within waking distance. A grocery was near by as well. The SkyTrain was within a few blocks and it was very convenient to get downtown and to the waterfront.

Excellent stay experience overall, as stated above. Plus friendly room service maid. Easy extended check out gave us the extra time we needed before heading to the airport. Much appreicated. Just some minor comments: Location where the toilet paper fixture is, at 7 o'clock, make it hard to use. No obvious instructions on how to book the Time & Place restaurant until we went there just to find out we needed to book it using OpenTable ONLY.

Great location, close to Metrotown where you can go shopping and Crystal mall where you can try authentic Chinese food. Excellent restaurants close by, walkable to Central Park. Staff awesome, requested extra pillows and rubber mat for bathtub floor which was provided. Very convenient restaurant within the hotel “ Time and Place”. It had daily breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location but not woth the $$. The rooms need upgradeing( even basic like paint over the mould in shower grout and change cheap gross shower head). Not at all what i was expecting for a higher end hotel. I upgraded to the executive suite and again not worth it. The appetizers were not good (dry spring roles and tuna salad, weird combination). Staff were all very lovely though. We attended a conference and the food offered there through the hotel was again absolutely disgusting. I didnt eat at the restaurant but obviously this is the type of food they are putting out and all attendees that i chatted with agreed it was AWFUL.

Room was very nice and clean I was charged an extra $50 when I arrived on top of what I paid to hotels.com for the room I assumed it was a damage deposit or something but so far it hasn’t been refunded on my credit card. I had the breakfast buffet the scrabbled eggs Sausages and pancakes were terrible probably the worst I’ve eaten The hash browns were really good If I stay there again I think I’ll order off the menu hopefully the breakfast menu would be of better quality than the buffet
