This hotel was NOTHING like the photos provided when booking, no hot tub, pool was tiny and freezing cold, no towels, fridge door wouldnt open, beds were awful, springs in my hip and ribs, I barely slept and refused to stay a 2nd night. Found the last possible spot to park my truck and when I left to get a decent coffee it was taken by the one of 100 people there for some hockey convention. No bell carts, elevators took forever. Our stay here was absolutely dreadful. Our timing seemed to be way off too but even on a good day I wouldnt say this is any kind of luxury or relaxing nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Expedia is a scam artist showing pictures of other hotels while booking.

The room was alright - definitely not properly cleaned. The pool was disgusting - it was cold, filled with scum and bugs and no sign saying out of order. When I inquired they said maintenance would look into it but we never saw a change (in the time we had before kids’ bedtime).

Upon first arrival noticed the outside grounds kept well and parking was great. Once inside main entrance was open and clean and was easy to get to front desk, where we were greeted by friendly staff. The first impression of the room was clean with nice decor. Bathroom was clean but there was no tub. There was no stationary for taking notes for personal use. The pool was not cleaned and the dirty towels were in view but there was clean ones available. The gym was well equipped and clean. The restaurant had a waiting line so didn’t get to experience the food but it smelled good. Overall for its price point it was a good stay.

I had a terrible experience at th Hilton Garden Inn in Cambridge. It started when I checked in. The front desk person was very rude and and smelled of alcohol. I made it to my room and unpacked. I came back down to grab a little bit of dinner and the bartender was very nice and quite chatty which I am OK with. Got back to my room and found hairs in the bathroom but looked past it and went to bed on a mattress that quite clearly had seen a better day and pillows that were absolutely terrible. I cam back after work the next night with a colleague and we decided to stay in for dinner. That was a huge mistake. I first had an Old Fashioned or at least the bartenders version. It was absolutely terrible. He had no orange so he put lemon in the drink. You don't do that to an old fashioned. I complained and he just said he would give me a discount. My mistake, I should have refused it. My work colleague cam down with his wife and we ordered the appetizer tray which was ok. Not great but OK. We all ordered the strip loin dinner but we re told after 1/2 hr that there was none left so they offered the rib eye for the same price. WQe all greed and waited another 1/2 hr for the food to come out. I should mention that we ordered medium, medium and medium rare for how we wanted to have the steak. When they finally came out they were extra well done. Absolutely like show leather. When we complained the waiter said that thats how they come.

Room was not clean when we arrived; floor, chairs and surfaces had debris all over them. Had to ask front desk to send someone to re-clean our room as we went out for food to pass that time. Pool area was dirty, had live and dead bugs all over the place. Bed would not stay still, was very squeaky and the mattress looked like it was on a platform meant for a bed smaller than a king. Staff was nice but will not stay here again.

Rooms could have bedn a little cleaner. Our room had no carpet and you can see where it hasn't been swept. Our suite was wonderful, except peeling of flooring that showed up in my wedding pics. Peeling on wall. Hair in sink.

Check-in was super easy and the front desk attendant was able to provide us with early check-in so that we could get ready for a wedding. The lobby was clean and it looked like they had a great little breakfast area for the mornings. Conveniently located right off the highway for easy access.

WQe all greed and waited another 1/2 hr for the food to come out. I should mention that we ordered medium, medium and medium rare for how we wanted to have the steak. When they finally came out they were extra well done. Absolutely like show leather. When we complained the waiter said that thats how they come.

The only perks of this hotel were that it was closer to the highway, shopping centre and there was ample parking but oh man the service was not that great. The receptionist dropped one of our room cards and did not give us another one, we were told there would be 2 water bottles but we did not get any so we ended up waiting at reception (we left to make a reservation) and no one was at the front desk. We waited, yelled hello and eventually after 10 minutes went to our room and tried calling with no answer. So after a few hours tried calling again and this guy answered the phone, we asked if we could have 2 water bottles brought to our room (since we were in our pajamas) and the receptionists was adamant we came down but eventually came to the door without uniform/name tag which threw us off. On a side note, the washroom was dirty too, especially the toilet. I was not a fan.

Hotel is conveniently right off the 401. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Room was spacious and bed was SO comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Will definitely have it again next time I stay.

Not impressed with this property. Wallpaper peeling, makeup stains from past visitors on the bathroom towels, broken and leaky shower head, lumpy 'cheap' feeling pillows on the beds, cold pool etc.. Another one that's on me at the end of the day.. was sitting down at the serve-yourself buffet style breakfast in the morning, and eating, only to be handed a bill for $16 for breakfast. I've stayed in tons of hotels in my life and have never seen a mediocre breakfast in this DIY buffet style NOT included with the room cost. It's on me for not observing that the listing says 'breakfast available' not 'breakfast included', but the way things were laid out was misleading in my opinion, and coupled with the other issues did not make this a pleasant stay. For the $200 for a single night, this will be the last and only time I stay here.

Restaurant was incredibly over priced, worse was the food . Service was slow , food was salty and way over priced. The manager gave us our money back and was very good to deal with. 300.00 bucks for 4 ppl . Not what we expected from a Hilton name

The lobby AC temperature was freezing and the room was even worse. It was 62 Fahrenheit when we walked in, i had to turn heat on for 2 hours to get room to warm up to 69. The girl at desk was very hard to understand as well. In the morning we went down to breakfast area and we each had toast and coffee our usual. There was no sign or communication whatsoever as to a cost so we assumed it was free as most hotels have now. But wow , it cost us $30 for 2 coffee and toast had we been told we would have skipped this absurd cost.
