Was surprised how nice this was and same price point as hotel, although more like an apartment. The convenience of having the foundry almost attached to the place was great for us, no driving required to go eat and have drinks. Parking was safe and secure at the building.

Although I wasn't there long, it was a lovely stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and communication was fantastic, quick and easy. Only complaint I would have would be parking. Although there is parking there, and it is easy, I did not find it cheap and parking anywhere else nearby didn't seem to be an option.

Brand new. Everything is very clean and spacious. Entry is a bit difficult as this is on three floors inside a condo building, but friendly staff was there to help the whole way. One FYI is that parking is an extra $30, which I didn't see because I don't read the fine print.

Just not the value laundry rooms used to be. Dirty cutlery, stains on the sofa, broken coffee table, staff not helpful, checkin is online and very awkward, app key system stopped working. And with an outrageous surcharge of $80 for 2 nights that is buried in the website you're better off staying in a hotel. Too bad.

Super nice room, all the comforts of home, walkable restos and cafes. I left a star off because there was urine on the floor at the base of the toilet (of the bathroom I don’t use so it didn’t affect me much but still gross), pubic hairs in the corner of the shower, and no wifi instructions.

Overall it is a nice building and convenient location. Spacious apartment and nicely decorated. Comfortable overall. . However, only 3 hangers for our clothes and I requested more but they did not bring them. Not enough coffee so we had to request more and then creamer was not brought with it. Also, the coffee machine did not work well, can opener did not work. Decorative pillows in living room are had bad smell. Toilet got clogged very easily and there was no plunger that we could find. Dishes could have been cleaner. Apart from those things, it was good and comfortable.

Lovely property! Gorgeous view, peaceful and quiet! The place had everything we needed! So close to many amazing restaurants. Wish the balcony had furniture on it so we could enjoy it! Cons: Confusing check-in, bedding had a blood stay and sheets looked liked someone had slept in them the night before. The room was dusty especially the baseboards.

Our hotel room was clean and spacious. We loved all of the amenities: full sized kitchen, washer and dryer, secured parking, amd the ease of self check in. Will definitely be back!

This was a really beautiful and spacious space with everything you could need. Laundry(and detergent) and dishwasher (with soap) kitchen cooking supplies (no paper towel). Rooms were comfy and having one with a queen and one with two twins means it is ideal for a family of four. Two full bathrooms with nice toiletries. Huge balcony with a great view of Cambridge. Netflix for a great evening in. Would absolutely recommend. Only negative is the water pressure in the shower was meh otherwise we all absolutely LOVED this place.

We chose to stay here for the location, close proximity to an event we were attending. We had a one bedroom unit. Queen bed, living room, full size bathroom with tub/shower, kitchen with full size appliances, small dining table and chairs, and washer/dryer. A large smart TV in living room and bedroom. Huge balcony, overlooking the neighborhood (no furniture). Secure parking garage(Extra fee). The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with enough amenities for either a one-two night stay or much longer if needed. While the room description states "sound proof" and we couldn't hear noise from the outdoor party, within the building it wasn't quite as quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again as well as recommend to others for short or long term stays.

Everything was great, clean, spacious!! Except for the tv service, I could get CBC to watch the Leaf game on the tv. I was able to use my laptop and interest but also couldn’t stream to the tv. I would stay there again

Exceptional In Every Way! We (hubby and young adult son) recently stayed 3 nights at The Laundry Rooms-Cambridge. Everything was phenomenal from start to finish. The condo was SUPER CLEAN! It appeared as if the condo was brand new and had never been used. We highly recommend this hotel/Condo! We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Phenomenal customer service! Amanda is EVERYTHING. She was so responsive. We did not encounter any issues during our stay, but I did have a few questions. Amanda always quickly responded. I never met Amanda face to face but she truly felt like a friend who was next door. She provided guidance on local places to visit. I messed up my booking on Expedia and she kindly corrected it without delay. We requested and were granted early check-in. When we didn’t arrive, Amanda sent a text checking on us.

We asked for early check in because we were in Cambridge to attend the visitation and funeral of a family member. The staff were incredible in making this happen. We are exceedingly grateful to all the staff for their compation at this time. The suite was spacious, clean and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend

My daughter was married at the adjoining event space tapestry hall. Laundry was very convenient. I am not sure I totally enjoyed the lack to front desk service and that check in was online but that being said I had a concern about dogs on the premises and it was very quickly resolved.

The digital key didn’t work. It worked to check in and then stopped working at midnight. I was locked out of my room for close to half an hour. The call centre representative eventually got it sorted out, but the customer service was poor and condescending. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience (we are in a business suite and only here for one night). The space is clean and satisfactory but I was quite disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I stayed here for as I attended a wedding next door at the Tapestry hall. The staff and process of booking, checking in, digital key was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute parking requirements. I would highly recommend anyone stay here ! I will stay here again.
