Very disappointing for a Sheraton. We had booked a block of rooms for our team but were all spread out over all different floors. There was only one elevator working and stairs are not accessible from ground level. The business centre computers were also both out of order. The breakfast was $20 for hot or $15 for cold. The staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean but overall not what I would expect from a Sheraton.

Had I known the fitness center was down for renovations I never would have stayed there. Water cooler wasn’t even accessible. They would offer nothing in exchange . Sorry we say on our website that amenities may not be available. Seriously? They converted the lounge into a restaurant so there is no place to bring food in and eat it except for your room. No ev charger.

Although they’re in the middle of renovating the hotel, we had a lovely stay. Our room on the third floor was brand new with a very comfy bed. Our window faced the highway but we couldn’t hear a thing. We had a great sleep! Parking was free and easy. FYI the gym is closed at this time.

Good : restaurant on site, is decent. However if you have any allergies, they are not able to accommodate you. Pool; the pool is small and extremely cold. Not enjoyable Gym; the gym was closed and out of service during our visit Elevator ; one elevator was out of service and broken and they were doing renovations so the only remaining elevator was shared with the constructions worker - so it took for ever. Ice machine ; every ice machine was broken and out of order. Parking; lots of free parking Rooms; were clean and decent.

Pool was closed, told it had issue the day before check in but doubt it. People in hazmat suits cleaning up water leaks on 4 different floors. Buckets on all floors catching water dripping. Elevator was sketchy at best but our room was on 2nd floor and elevator buttons didn’t work at all. You had to call front desk for them to send it up for you. Building in total disrepair. Rates are way too high based on these issues. Oh yah treadmill in gym was also broken and parts were spread out on floor all over gym for at least 2 days. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Good luck if you stay here!!!

Staff was friendly! Overall, it was a good stay, it treated us well for the one night we stayed. Though, the bed was very very firm and not very comfortable, it got the job done for one night. I do feel like the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, it didn’t feel like it was up to Four Points standards but it was fine.. I do appreciate that there was free personal care items offered to me when I went down to the front desk after realizing that I had forgotten something at home. Besides the uncomfortable bed and not so clean bathroom, it was a good stay!

Hotel appears to look decent on the outside. Inside there are broken elevators. Broken ice machines. The room had a terrible musty smell. The pillows were so flat i had to roll it like a tootsie roll to get any kind of support. The towels are so old and worn that when i washed my face the facecloth became transparent. Rough towels too. The TV barely worked. No cable. Only 2 channels would "play" something only for the tv to shut off 5 minutes in?

For an upgraded room it was really filthy, the bathroom wasnt clean and we were given dirty towels. The beds smelled and when we asked for more toilet paper it took almost 40 minutes for someone to bring it up. Questionable stains all over the walls as well.

First I want to say that all the staff were great and very friendly. The room was good and the bathroom was very clean. Problems the elevator was extremely loud so every time it opened on our floor we could hear it. There was also late night partying going on which made sleeping difficult. The beds were not comfortable. I am so surprised this hotel was rated so highly by Expedia Users. This really has me questioning if I should trust these ratings in the future. I paid $280 for one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had.

Our first room was clean, and decent. But the air conditioning did not work. It was a 34 degrees out and the AC needed to work. I went down to the front desk and the receptionist was willing to give us another room- which was fine. To be picky, the receptionist could have been apologetic for the inconvenience- thankfully they were nice enough to ensure our room was on the same floor. The second room was a total downgrade. The bathtub had gray stains from where an old bath mat used to be. The pull-up nozzle on the tub faucet to start the shower was heavily caulked but still lifted off the when when you started the shower and it felt like it was going to break off. The shower head would not adjust and was pointing toward the wall on the same side of the faucet. I had to McGyver a way to prop the shower head up so I could actually shower. This trip cost $205 through Expedia WITH a discount! I just wanna know where this hotel gets the audacity to charge this much. It’s a motel 6 guised under the Marriott name. It’s shameful.

One of two elevators was out of service Access to the stairs was via a service hallway and outside and the front desk staff had to open the door. Very weird!! All staff was kind and helpful. Good fried eggs at breakfast ($20 buffet). Wifi not functional Would not recommend, especially at $200 a night.

This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all dated. The renovated rooms have a more modern look, a larger TV, and an overall refreshed feel. I’ve found all the rooms to be spacious, which is a big plus. A handwritten welcome note and chocolates were waiting for me in the room—thoughtful touches that really made the stay feel special. I also tried the hotel restaurant this time. I ordered a to-go meal and would rate it a 7/10. The chicken in my sandwich was a bit dry, but the convenience was great, and I’d definitely give it another try on my next visit. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The service, comfort, and thoughtful details continue to impress me, and I’ll certainly be back again.

The hotel is under construction and we did not know. We had booked 3 rooms for a wedding we were attending and we had called the day prior to see if we could check my mother in early to get ready and were advised that wouldn’t be a problem. My mom arrived and was then turned away as told to come back in 2 hours to check back in. She had called me and I called back to talk to them and was given a hard time about checking her in early but they did get her in about 30 minutes later. Now to the hotel, there was no water when we checked in and was not on till after 5pm I was told. When we got back after the wedding we had wanted to shower but there was no hot water and when k called down to the front deck all they could say was sorry. In the morning we had tried to have another shower and the water was only like warm so we had to just shave with that and be on our way. When I spoke to the desk when we checked out all they said was we’re sorry for this but hope we would reconsider staying with them again and I said I highly doubt it.

when i arrived late around 6-7 and expedia had the incorrect dates and i was so grateful that the check Lady (east Indian origin i believe) was very pleasant to work with and she got it all solved. In the morning the Philipino Lady (i think ) I could not read their name badges from the counter and she was very solutions driven and takes ownership of the question. The housekeeping staff very good attitude and pleasant. i knew my room was to be cleaned the following day and yet she was happy to help me exchange the wet towels (east indian lady ) and the Afro Canadian lady (likely from Caribbean ) i did not ask her name had an excellent customer service attitude. Excellent customer service expderience. The lady at the front desk around 5-6 on wednesday was great. She checked me out quickly as i had to leave to visit my very close family member in the emergency room at a Toronto hospital and i go there in time . Great customer service experience

The customer service was amazing from the moment i walked into the hotel. I was exhausted, it was raining, and i just wanted to sleep. The gentlemen at the desk was very pleasant, he offered me water, as well as warm tea, incredibly friendly, and the price was great. I will definitely stay here again.

It was okay. There is a convenience store within an approximately 3—to 5-minute walk. I would stay again. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I found unique about this stay is that the entrance to the building is from the backend, but once you drive around the building and through the parking lot, you will arrive at the main entrance

Elevators not working. Payment receipt refused by front desk staff. Breakfast was poor quality and cost $19 for a very poor quality buffet. There was only one option and any accommodations were rejected. Lobby bathroom stall out of order. Noisy patrons could be heard in suites and sleeping clients were awoken. Rooms were not cleaned daily and for $200 per night for a small unit is unacceptable.

The room was relatively spacious with a king bed. There were plenty of outlets for CPAP machines and charging phones. Most surprising was the restaurant in house. Our meals were delicious!!

Why is only one elevator working. We had to wait ages on Saturday and Sunday morning for the one elevator. I would have used the stairs, however I have to use a walker. The coffee is horrible, in room and at the lobby. The staff were wonderful and very pleasant to deal with.

The Expedia booking was terrible. I picked this location because the Expedia Deal said breakfast was included, however it didn’t come through on the reservation. I stayed 10 minutes further away from my destination to get the “breakfast” included deal. Lucky for me the front desk lady took the time to check out the Expedia site and saw that it said breakfast, so she gave me and my son the voucher.

This Hotel was situated very close to Ayr where I was being picked up for a family celebration. The room was pleasant and quiet for sleeping, a fridge and microwave, T.V ,coffee stand and very functional furniture and comfortable beds. We were allowed early check in and outside plenty of parking spots. Enjoyed a continental breakfast before leaving. Price was for stay was reasonable.👍
