Comfy bed. Aircon not too cold and noisy. Front desk friendly and helpful

Stayed for one night and was very disappointed. The room was quite run down, and the bed headboard (or whatever it was meant to be) was in dire need of replacement. Worst of all, there was a horrendous sewage smell coming from the bathroom — no exaggeration. They did send someone to address it, which made things slightly more bearable, but it was still extremely unpleasant and should have never been an issue in the first place. For a one-night stay, it was a major inconvenience. The fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived (I had to sort it myself), and there was no minibar, despite what was implied. Overall, this was not a comfortable or welcoming experience. I definitely wouldn’t return.

Camere abbastanza datate e che necessiterebbero di essere rinnovate. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione nella media.

Service und Essen waren sehr gut, nur leider schaffte es die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer, trotz mehrmaliger Überprüfung durch das nette und hilfsbereite Personal, nicht die Zimmertemperatur unter 24 Grad Celsius zu kühlen. Das Fenster lies sich leider nur abkippen und brachte keine Abhilfe.
