My young children and I really appreciated the swimming pools on site, especially the shallower of the two, which was warmer. The service by reception was friendly and helpful, even when I accidentally locked myself out of my unit one time! The unit itself was nothing amazing but was clean and the beds wonderful and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and TV reception of suitable digital channels seemed quite good, although we did miss the presence of a Google Chromecast-capable device to cast media from our smartphones. All in all this was a lovely and affordable place to stay, in close proximity (via car, at least) of places like Woolworths, a nearby Bakery and of course, close to the Murray and the Echuca border.

This place is good. Has everything . Location , massive rooms , a pool , eat the river and staff are friendly as. Grounds are immaculate lots to do around the grounds.

Motel was clearly once a very upmarket property. The bones are good and appears it is being systematically brought back to life. There are 2 Pools which is a bonus both need some refreshing. There are 2 BBQ areas and a nice pergola and some quiet lawned areas. They have made all the pathways accessible for everyone. Gardens still need to be spruced up along with the tennis court and the function room if that is ever going to be used again. Our room had major cracks in the walls and bathroom. Our bedding was clean and bed comfortable and the room was decent size. Out the front of each room there is an additional outdoor table setting which gives you another option/ smoke. Milk containers had leaked in the bottom of the mini fridge, only had 1 extra pillow and there were no spoons to stir coffee/ sugar. There was plenty of parking and short walking distance to local pub, bowling club and supermarket. Would definitely come back.....

Overall it was a good room that suited our needs. However, pillows on the bed were very flat and uncomfortable. The property generally is a bit outdated. The outdoor facilities pools etc need upgrading or repairing. The location was good and we loved the bush outlook ftom the back of our room.

The property does look older on the surface, but the rooms were clean, albeit a bit dated - but they do have more modern bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. Room size was also great as well. Bathroom is right at the front of the room, so your neighbours can be sitting right outside your shower/toilet and the window has an open vent. Pool area has a nice shade and the pool itself is a decent size. The pool is clean but does look a bit ahead with faded paint on the bottom. The BBQs are very clean and well maintained. All in all a very serviceable and clean budget friendly hotel.

The room smelt really (really) bad. There was mould on the bedroom ceiling. The heating didn’t work properly. The extra blankets were dirty and had hair on them. The carpet was dirty. The headboard was stained.

Good location and staff were friendly however our stay was ruined by a dirty spa bath. My husband booked the spa room as a treat for my birthday but once we turned on the jets it was full of dirt, grime and god knows what other disgusting things. We exited the bath very quickly but are still worried about potentially getting sick from it. We told staff however due to language barrier im not sure they understood what the issue was! Such a shame as the place has potential.

Room was fairly clean but there was 1 large dead hairy spider on the carpet next to the couch and another smaller one in the corner of the roof above the shower that looked menacing too. These things should not be left in rooms if in clear line of sight

Our stay here was during winter and the room was warm. But we found it to be very dated. Furniture was in poor condition, lamp shades dirty and ripped, curtains stained in spots and hooks missing leaving them hanging loose in sections, bed was uncomfortable. It was quiet and warm but we would not stay here again.

Very old and outdated but was very clean. walls are ‘paper thin’ can hear next door rooms conversations and them in the bathroom. in desperate need of an update to rooms and bathrooms to modernise it

We really appreciated the response to an item left behind & the swift return to us by mail. The verandah with a bushland view was a very pleasant place to sit both in the evening & again in the morning.

It is in a good position. You can park right outside your room and the parks were nice and wide. Staff were very friendly. Even though on a main road, the rooms were quiet and very spacious. Shops and take aways in walking distance. I would stay here again.

The setting, backing on to bushland, the generous room size and the great lighting (I travel for craft events so good working light really impresses me), the room facilities were all great. What was lacking was a hand towel, and a tea towel/dishwashing liquid for the provided dishes. Minor, but irritating.

The reception lady was very friendly, there are no tea spoons in the room or cutlery, there was only one thin blanket and we were cold - needs a backup one, probably would stay again walking distance to everything

Lovely bush setting at rear of property and staff very helpful. I needed some butter for a bbq as I forgot to purchase at the shop and staff member provided me some. Very friendly and helpful staff and clean inside and out.
