It’s a lovely quiet location, the beds are super comfortable and the pool was a delightful respite on a hot day.. What could be improved?? Cleaning down the sides of the couch would be a good idea (which would have netted the cleaner a couple of extra dollars if they had done so) …The Spa service flier in the room was a poorly photocopied A4 piece of paper and the A5 booklet had food stuck on one of the pages, simple upgrades, cleaning and professional printing would make it so much more enticing… a couple of the pool lounges had missing nuts in the uprights that they fell out and couldn’t be used properly,, the actual plunge spas indoors didn’t work when the button was pressed and the pool could be skimmed more often to remove plant debris… I have stayed several times and will do again at the Madison Spa Resort, but small simple upgrades and attention to detail would make it all so much better and a real go to destination..

Fantastic service, spa was relaxing and enjoyed swimming in the pool. Property manual made it easier for us to know where to dine and what services are available in the area Loved the spa in the room and the beds were so comfortable. Thoughtly enjoyed our stay , would highly recommend a stay. Parking outside our door.

The pool was great but the Resort needs some updating. The room was very comfortable with nice views. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed and the bar was closed too.

We had a lovey stay at Madison Spa. The venue is set in a picturesque treed setting. There is a great pool and plunge pools that make for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, spa bath and a view of the forest behind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and have already booked our next stay.

Most motels have a maintenance report in the room compendium. This motel did not, and there were a couple of things that need attention. i.e. lights above the spa not working, eating table stained and dirty. Unable to view TV from the spa.

A very stressful check in. Did not expect that when needing a night away to relax. Very confused as to why someone would suggest and promise one thing and not follow through with the bookings. Manager that was on duty made sure everything was fixed and gave us some complimentary items and upgrade. To be honest I wouldnt return as I believe the place is outdated and needs a full upgrade. However clean and ok. May need an electrician to place the wall socket back on the wall beside the bedhead.

The staff are super helpful and fantastic to deal with. We had some family issues that made our stay difficult, but the team were understanding and have been able to cater for our out of ordinary needs to make our stay possible. Can't say enough about the management and staff, they are awesome

Looked look for the price. Very spacious room with a separate sofa , table and a SPA in the room. However, the property itself is old and apart from a small pool there is nothing much for entertainment. The place goes super quiet and will work for those who love a calm quiet place. As someone who wants restaurant , bar etc during my stay I was a bit disappointed. However if a couple wanted a quiet and affordable place to relax this could be your bet.

We love some of the features like the spa bath and bar in the room. The carpet was nice and soft and the room was very spacious. We loved the pool area and Roman baths. Really appreciated the complimentary Champagne. Found it was lacking food and drink options within the motel. The tv was quite painful to use and the shower was meh. The complimentary food ie. chips were stale.

When we booked our room we where led to believe that we had room service a bar and also food , none of these where provided so that means the web site lied to us and never would've actually booked if we knew this . So very disappointed.
