The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Our room faced the night club, which was very loud and seemed to go on till 2:00 am. We were not aware that the pool and hot tub would be closed. The breakfast buffet was ok, I did not feel that I got my $18 worth. The staff was very pleasant.

Lots of unmet potential. The fitness room shouldn't be listed as an amenity because it's stocked with outdated, undesirable exercise equipment, so I had to make alternate plans. Likewise, the hot tub was "Out of Order" with no further explanation. Key cards often failed for both the elevator and room. The weekend brunch was an expensive disappointment. So with all of that, why would I consider coming back?

Would like a late night lounge to have lite snacks and drinks. Bar next door was line up. Hotel did not have lounge open past 9:00. Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they can. Parking was good.

The Hotel, room, spa and swimmingpool was very good. It was a pitty, that bar and restaurant closed at 8:30 pm. The morning breakfast buffet was nearly empty when arriving at 9:30 am, but they brought everything we needed on our table therefore It is very useful, that it’s near the skytrain to visit Vancouver

Property is very nice. Loved the room and the pool and hot tub. Parking garage is very confusing and is a labyrinthine to get around in. Parking is different prices depending who you book the room with.

Hot tub not operational, TV in room broken and maintenance couldn’t get it working, very small room. Restaurant food was middle of road but restaurant so cold it was hard to sit there. Just not a good experience. Just a very tired hotel.

I found this hotel to be extremely overpriced for how average it is. Our bathtub was disgusting: it had hard water stains or something else stained/stuck to the floor. Our bathroom sink was very slow to drain, so even washing our hands, it would fill up quickly. And the mirror in our room was covered in streaks of some kind of gross looking gunk. We were only there for a night, otherwise I would’ve asked to be moved/upgraded for free, or refunded. When I checked out, they did say they’d take $90 off my bill because of the mirror (I forgot to mention the sink or tub), but that hasn’t been reflected on my credit card bill yet.

I usually only stay in hotels with an included breakfast, but this one does not. Only stayed in this hotel because it is near the friends I was visiting. There is a Tom's five minutes away where I could get breakfast. Also there was no microwave in the room, which is unusual in hotels today.

I always try and stay here when coming to Vancouver and book the king suite. The floor to ceiling windows and balcony offer great views and the soaker tub is massive. My only complaint is minor, but the TV in the rooms are dated and small, especially compared to most any other hotel also lack of microwave in the room.

We stayed in a king suite and it was very nice. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, spacious room. On the 10th floor we had pleasing city views. The only complaint I had was the depth of the tub/shower. There were no grab bars and I felt unsafe trying to get out, I am 5’2”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks whilst visiting a relative at the Royal Columbian Hospital. The hotel was perfect in terms of location being only 2 stops from the hospital on the sky train. The location of the hotel near a decent shopping mall and more restaurants and eateries than you would ever need was great. The hotel itself was lovely, we had a large room with views of the local area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were outstanding. Friendly, smiley and approachable. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel for convenience and if you book the buffet breakfast when you check in the hotel offer guests a discounted rate. Being at the hotel for 2 weeks we did get a bit bored with the buffet breakfast options but thats not the fault of the hotel as the food was well presented with hot and cold options. If you do not wish to have breakfast included they do offer an alternative menu with different food options. We would highly recommend this hotel and should we need somewhere to stay in the future in the local area we certainly would stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff and great location. Stayed at the Executive Plaza on Nov 20 for a trip to the coast for a concert. Sanaz at the front desk was wonderful upon arrival I was instantly greeted with a smile. She was able to accommodate our early check and was extremely helpful with all of my questions about taking the sky train in to downtown Vancouver. I will definitely be staying here again! Wife and I Visited from Seattle, we wanted to enjoy Korean food near Coquitlam and this hotel was perfect location. The service was nice, no free parking but, fee was reasonable. The rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable. And the bathroom, i love the fact that they have a FAN. Overall, everyone can enjoy there stay here.
