Rooms are dirty and outdated. The shower was falling apart. Floors are extremely dirty.

The facility is very clean and well organized. Service at the hotel is great and the restaurant is amazing great buffet in the mornings and now on Sunday mornings they have a nice little performance.

According to photos and reviews this hotel seemed the proper place to enjoy but unfortunately when I was assigned to my room it was dissatisfying to encounter problems with conditions. Door frame was damaged and was a gap and cold air comes through. Shower, tub and handle were damaged. I notify the attendant at from desk, she said would do her best to assign a different room. Never heard back at all. We requested for services NOT to be done at front seat first thing before we head out. When we return the service staff tried to renter not once but 2 times, that was concerning. Sounds all staff members are not in sink with information. The establishment needs more attention is not well kept and its diet in the surroundings and carpet in the rooms were filthy. This is not to be expected when you are trying to find rest. I will be emailing photos.
