The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. Other than that our stay was great.

This is a nice hotel located on a busy street in La Piedad Michoacan. We were greeted by friendly front office staff for a quick and efficient check up in. The room was clean and the bed quite soft but comfortable. The furniture was perhaps a bit dated. There were no sugar free beverages in the vending machines so we walked across the busy street to a Walmart. As I am diabetic I would suggest the hotel ask their supplier to add at least one diet soda. David at the front desk was helpful in obtaining a pizza delivery. The hotel breakfast was excellent with cooked to order food with many ingredients.

Property itself is great and beautiful! BUT AC And plumbing are old and leak I did change rooms because AC and plumbing issues but the new room still AC not working properly, i understand that local people doesn’t need AC but I do need all the time Staff are great and service too.
