The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. This is a nice hotel located on a busy street in La Piedad Michoacan. We were greeted by friendly front office staff for a quick and efficient check up in. The room was clean and the bed quite soft but comfortable. The furniture was perhaps a bit dated. There were no sugar free beverages in the vending machines so we walked across the busy street to a Walmart. As I am diabetic I would suggest the hotel ask their supplier to add at least one diet soda. David at the front desk was helpful in obtaining a pizza delivery. The hotel breakfast was excellent with cooked to order food with many ingredients.
