La atención del personal es excelente, las habitaciones se encuentran limpias y las instalaciones son muy agradables. MA COME NO, uno de los restaurantes del hotel, también cuenta con atención y sabores inigualables, que aunque vienen con un precio más elevado, valen la pena en su totalidad. Durante mi estancia se encontraban restaurando la recepción, aunque esto no nos ocasionó ningún problema. Al tratarse de un hotel ecológico, al bañarnos durante la noche el agua nunca logró calentarse, así que recomiendo considerarlo para tomar baños durante el día. De igual forma, iba con nosotros un niño de 2 años, por lo que una de las razones principales de elegir este hotel sobre otros era por los juegos infantiles, los cuales nos indicaron al ingresar que solo se arman los fines de semana, sería bueno armarlos entre semana o especificar este último punto. En general fue una muy buena experiencia y recomiendo ampliamente este hotel para futuras estancias.

I paid for 2 rooms upfront poolside and my rooms were not poolside and the shower flooded the bathroom and got my clothes wet for a special occasion. The beds and pillows were hard and the ironing board was broken. I had to write down my complaints because manager was not there. Also got charged for 2 more people because my revised reservation didn’t show 2 more people.

Attractive hotel but clearly having problems. The daytime desk staff seemed confused and distracted. The room was nice but no hot water or washcloth. Lots of construction but few travelers. The restaurant was good and more together than the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful! The lobby is quite impressive. Located on a busy street but within walking distance of many stores/places to eat PLUS the Zona Piel. We stayed in room 604 in late October for 1 night. Room was very spacious and clean! Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with good lighting. however the door wouldn’t stay closed for some reason so you just had to put the trash can in front of it. No fridge which was disappointing. Full length mirror was in the room which I always appreciate. I will have to say that checking in and out- the customer service was not friendly but since we only stayed for one night- what can you do…. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

La habitación bien equipada el muy descuidada, falta de limpieza, falta de agua caliente para bañarse, no se puede utilizar la tina porque es como entrar en una tina de agua fría, falta de información dentro de la habitación no hay guía para marcar a recepción u otros servicios, menciona que está funcionando un restaurante Deligo pero no el sábado ni el domingo estuvo abierto y se veía muy descuidado en realidad ya no opera? Ni el personal conoce, fue una lástima hospedarse en una habitación equipada pero sin poder utilizarla como debe de ser

En general me gustó el hospedaje Hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron: 1. Casi no había agua caliente en la regadera y para que saliera caliente, se tenía que dejar correr mucho tiempo, lo cual, me parece un desperdicio terrible de agua. 2. La puerta del baño no tenía manija para cerrarla por dentro y el estilo de la puerta, por ser corrediza, hace mucho ruido para abrir y cerrar. Eso, en la noche provoca que se despierte la otra persona que está durmiendo.

En general me gustó el hospedaje Hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron: 1. Casi no había agua caliente en la regadera y para que saliera caliente, se tenía que dejar correr mucho tiempo, lo cual, me parece un desperdicio terrible de agua. 2. Tuvimos problemas al realizar el check in, seleccionamos una habitación y se pago por ella, se nos indicó que no coincidía la habitación mostrada en la app con las categorías que ellos manejaban en el hotel, indicaron que las fotos de las habitación que seleccionamos en la app estaban mezcladas de dos tipos de habitación de categoría distinta. A pesar de que se explicó la formas selección en recepción nos insistieron que fue una omisión por parte nuestra al hacer la selección de la habitación y las características de la misma ( sabemos que en la app no podemos elegir amenidades de forma individual, se hace con respecto a una descripción general de la habitación), nos otorgaron la habitación pero nos comentaron que ellos harían esa excepción.

Our phone wasn’t working which means we had to physically go to reception desk for any needs. Other than that everything else was excellent. Especially the staff, everyone friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful! The lobby is quite impressive. Located on a busy street but within walking distance of many stores/places to eat PLUS the Zona Piel. We stayed in room 604 in late October for 1 night. Room was very spacious and clean! Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with good lighting. however the door wouldn’t stay closed for some reason so you just had to put the trash can in front of it. No fridge which was disappointing. Full length mirror was in the room which I always appreciate. I will have to say that checking in and out- the customer service was not friendly but since we only stayed for one night- what can you do…. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

El lugar está bonito pero a las habitaciones les hace falta mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso, además el servicio del restaurante deja mucho que desear, son lentos y además la comida, en mi caso el pescado, pasado de sal y correoso

La recomiendo al 💯 la comida del restaurante esta riquísima, lo único es que te cobran el servicio a la habitación. El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones estan muy bonitas, comoda, segura y limpia. Y te puedes desplazar muy fácilmente a cualquier lugar.

La habitación bien equipada el muy descuidada, falta de limpieza, falta de agua caliente para bañarse, no se puede utilizar la tina porque es como entrar en una tina de agua fría, falta de información dentro de la habitación no hay guía para marcar a recepción u otros servicios, menciona que está funcionando un restaurante Deligo pero no el sábado ni el domingo estuvo abierto y se veía muy descuidado en realidad ya no opera? Ni el personal conoce, fue una lástima hospedarse en una habitación equipada pero sin poder utilizarla como debe de ser

Habitación limpia y en orden, he estado en ese hotel desde hace como 15 años creo, lo que si extraño es su área de desayuno que era espectacular los alimentos sin embargo desde el 2021 lo quitaron y sólo quedó el restaurante Macomeno ah y eso si las pizzas de ahí son deliciosas

We do know have any complaints with the hotel, clean, everything worked and the room was clean. We do suggest to update the outlets to plug in electronics but that's about it. The hotel looked like its in the process of remodeling. Might need to update the photos for the pool area as well. We didn't try the food there but we will for sure be back. The hotel is in a great location.

The room was fine, but the water was not hot for our showers and then it would stop in the middle of our shower and when i would wash my hands the water woyld shoot out and splash me.
