Parking ok , front desk only one person, no coordination , i was waiting then a person just came up out of no where , front desk attendant didn't care there is no coordination , i know is mexico but litle respect will go a long way. My wife is blind then dining area is in hidden place many many steps, there is no elevator , mexico don't have consideration or regulation for the disabled

Me encanta hotel colonial porque está cercas de lo que me gusta visitar y sus instalaciones son muy bonita el desayuno muy bueno , y las meseras muy atentas. Al gimnasio le falta mucho detalle las máquinas no sirven y solo tienen 2 máquinas. Lo demás todo muy bien.

The people employed her are all very nice and been helpful. We came for a surgery and they brought us a refrigerator and microwave so we are able to cook to save money. I would definitely come back. The grounds are beautiful with a large swimming pool and loungers along with tables and chairs

This place is good, very secure parking lot, they control the ins and out carefully and have a watchman I duty. So parking is secure, my room was pretty basic, which is fairly typical of Mexican Hotels. But safe, and clean. There’s a buffet breakfast, upstairs in an adjoining building, it looked delicious. And a small kitchen near the pool, with a variety of options. No bar that I was aware of, but there is an OXXO within waking distance, and a large supermarket across the street Not really walkable to anywhere. But Ubers are cheap in Mexico, use them

The bedroom and bathroom were dirty when we arrived. The toilet had disgusting stains around the side of the toilet. The sheets had stains. The TV remote would not work. You get what you paid for.

No refrigerator and no microwave. They had ice but, for sale. The room was dirty. We had to call a staff to clean it properly. No coffee pot in the rooms. There was only one towel and one washcloth, we had to ask for more. You have to figure the light switch; one turns on the lamp and bathroom, the other turned on the sink vanity and the area by the window. Only one chair with no table. Theres no outlet by the beds. Noisy, specially when the train wakes you up early in the morning. Good breakfast. I would not return to this place

Bed have blood stain and also the bathroom…We came to the office and she give us another room with attitude . We move our stuff to the new room and was a 2 bed room..We order 1 king bed since was my husband and my self.. We went back to the office and she was mad and told us that this one the last time she was Changing room like if was us making the problems…No apology only actitud!!!! Sorry but worse experience!!!

Hotel amplio, pero esta al lado de las vias del tren, esperen su ruido a las 4 y 5 am, el aire acondicionado muy viejo, y mas ruidoso que el tren, y no prendia la primer noche (se reporto y tenía a pretarle al boton muuuy fuerte para q funcionara). Al llegar solicité las facturas por día, pero la hicieron mal, y tuve que estar presionando por 2 dias para que las cambiaran.

Lo mejor sigue siendo la zona jardinada. Estuve en el cuarto 444 y es la primera vez que estoy en un Hotel que SOLO tiene un boton para encender y apagar TODOS los dispositivos. Es muy molesto, pues para entrar al baño hay que encender todo. El aire aconducionado nunca le encontré el botón para apagarlo

Rooms were not ready until 6pm waited for 4hrs for rooms. Only one towel was provided per room. Rooms were dirty and infested with flies, we had to remove all the flies. Very bad service. Would not recommend and will not return.

No plugs to charge your devices. Only in the restroom. Complained and they had me wait for over an hr while he checked people in and when I got tired of waiting for the endless like of guests checking in he said I can’t get a refund. Then proceeded to give me an “upgrade” “much better room” and the room was the same and it was dirty. Hair in the shower and sink. I will never stay here again. They only had one person at the front desk and he clearly was struggling. Many people in the back and not one came out to help.

Staff and amenities as they didn’t have extra pillows or towels even if the hotel was empty. Also, restroom door was locked and I ask the front desk and they said there is anythin they can do until the next morning. Never will go back. Horrible customer service

Too many rules, the staff is checking with guests every 5 minutes with different excuses. Also the rooms have different inconveniences. Showers don’t work, the air conditioning is old and not working at all and the rooms have dirty sheets.

El hotel está bien ubicado. Las camas bien, las Almohadas no eran cómodas, la bañera no se podia usar como tina ya que no tenía la tapa. El servicio es bueno sin embargo el personal no estaba completamente informado sobre la celebración de la serie del Caribe ni de las rutas que habían. Áreas verdes muy bien mantenidas, pero las albercas estaban fuera de servicio. El desayuno es buffet Americano pero no te puedes solo, hay personal que reoarte las proteínas principalmente pero lo ofrecido por el precio estuvo bien. Cuenta con estacionamiento.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious. The costumer services was awesome. A couple of things that I didn't like was the free breakfast was horrible and limited. ALSO, there's the train passing by the hotel waking us up ever day at 5 AM. We loved the pool!!

A rude family allowed their children to run back and forth in front of our room at 10 PM screaming for a while. There was also a loud train that rang the horn at 4:30 am. Everything else was wonderful. The free breakfast was excellent.
