Front desk staff great, and that is where it ended, toilet not working! How’s anyone supposed to stay in a room without a working toilet? Do I use the trees in the lobby?

I had to call 3 times asking for an iron, they deliver like 40 minutes. Not all lights working on room 1114..they knock the door asking if we had laundry and wake me up
