No me gustó que no se respetan los horarios de la alberca. Y creo que la propiedad, que es hermosa, podría tener un mejor mantenimiento, la pintura del área de la alberca se ve desgastada, y en el baño de la habitación hay cortina, esperaría un cancel. Location was ideal. The room was clean, with a pleasing design and comfortable bed. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant in the hotel was never open but there are numerous places to eat nearby so just plan accordingly. The building and decoration of the lobby and rooms is lovely.To be able to eat by the pool was great and the wait staff and desk staff were knowledgeable and charming and spoke English well. The mattress was disappointing and the screen to my window was falling off. Also the walls to my room were so thick that Wifi was terrible. I couldn't even text my friend in the room next door. Had to go down to the pool for decent WiFi. Location by Teo was terrific. Daily windy summer thunderstorms prevented me from swimming, which is one reason I wanted to stay there, so that's disappointing.

This hotel is Beautiful, its right on the road to the Teotihuacan Pyramids! We took a taxi from the airport and walked our entire 3 day stay from the hotelto the complex. We're both seniors and the walk is very doable. The front desk young lady was a Gem ! She was so very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the employees were fabulous! We highly recommend this hotel

Localisation idéale à 10mn du site arqueologique, belle piscine mais … l’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis longtemps, chambre ´fonctionnelle ´ mais alèse en plastique qui colle au drap et fait du bruit si on bouge. Restaurant très triste fait pour des groupes mais nous n’étions que 2 tables, rien d’ouvert aux alentours le soir si on ne veut pas reprendre sa voiture.
