Hôtel extraordinaire, plein de charme, où les chambres sont toujours fraîches. Beaucoup d'espace commun décoré avec goût et un luxe traditionnel (tables en bois massif, artéfacts et tableaux anciens dans les vitrines...). C'est ma 2e fois et j'ai fait la route de Mexico juste pour y retourner (même pas pour aller au site archéologique, alors qu'il est à 200 mètres). Un oasis de beauté, de confort et de bon goût. La piscine est chauffée et magnifique; c'est un vrai plaisir. Personnel très courtois et chambre impeccable, avec beaucoup de charme (1 lit double et un lit simple).

No me gustó que no se respetan los horarios de la alberca. Y creo que la propiedad, que es hermosa, podría tener un mejor mantenimiento, la pintura del área de la alberca se ve desgastada, y en el baño de la habitación hay cortina, esperaría un cancel. Pero por lo demás me gustó el hotel y regresaría.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación justo al final de la calzada de los muertos, hasta tiene su propia zona arqueológica que supongo es lo que sería de la mencionada calzada. Está bien en general, el estacionamiento es amplio y cercano a la entrada, el baño es adecuado. Como alguien ha mencionó, los colchones si son suaves pero no parece sea por viejos ya que no está hundidos. El único punto a considerar es que en época invernal el hotel es muy frío, tiene un calefactor pequeñito pero poco ayuda. Si vienes en pareja, será ideal porque es pretexto.

The only downside was that the restaurant in the hotel was never open but there are numerous places to eat nearby so just plan accordingly. PICTURES OF HOTEL MUST BE OLD PICTURES. FOOD AT RESTAURANT SUCKS. SHOWER IN BATHROOM KEPT RUNNING. NOTHING TO DO IN AREA. HOTEL MADE ME PAY FOR A GATE I DID NOT BBREAK. ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS IT WAS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE PYRAMIDS.

The building and decoration of the lobby and rooms is lovely.To be able to eat by the pool was great and the wait staff and desk staff were knowledgeable and charming and spoke English well. The mattress was disappointing and the screen to my window was falling off. Also the walls to my room were so thick that Wifi was terrible. I couldn't even text my friend in the room next door. Had to go down to the pool for decent WiFi. Location by Teo was terrific. Daily windy summer thunderstorms prevented me from swimming, which is one reason I wanted to stay there, so that's disappointing.

This hotel is Beautiful, its right on the road to the Teotihuacan Pyramids! We took a taxi from the airport and walked our entire 3 day stay from the hotelto the complex. We're both seniors and the walk is very doable. The front desk young lady was a Gem ! She was so very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the employees were fabulous! We highly recommend this hotel

Localisation idéale à 10mn du site arqueologique, belle piscine mais … l’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis longtemps, chambre ´fonctionnelle ´ mais alèse en plastique qui colle au drap et fait du bruit si on bouge. Restaurant très triste fait pour des groupes mais nous n’étions que 2 tables, rien d’ouvert aux alentours le soir si on ne veut pas reprendre sa voiture.
