Como observación, será pedirles que la alberca esté habilitada toda la semana, en una alberca no necesita todo el día para hacer limpieza toma unas horas, a menos que sea deficiente la empresa contratada para ello… pero si dice que el servicio de alberca está habilitado así se espera, si no es así, sean claros y pongan en sus anuncios que la empresa que contratan tarda todo un día y que los lunes nunca está habilitada y bueno a nosotros nos tocó 3 días de limpieza ardua y profunda, tan así que no pudimos usarla

Es un hotel muy lindo, está súper bien cuidado y limpio; el personal es realmente amable. La alberca es muy pequeña pero con buena temperatura, le ponían químicos en la mañana así que había que esperar hasta después de las 10 am para poder entrar y las toallas son un tema hay que estar pidiéndolas, en una ocasión pedí un par de toallas para mí esposo y mi hijo que estaban en la alberca y me acompañaron y tuve que enseñar quienes eran para que me las dieran. Pero bueno, en general la pasamos bien y sí recomendamos el hotel.

The property was ‘fine’. We should have asked more questions. Pool hours were very limited (10-8pm) so we weren’t able to even use it. The room: dated and not super comfortable, strange furniture and layout, not convenient for putting your bags on. Beds were fine. The room had not been properly cleaned and prepped. The tissue box was empty but still there, the shower not cleaned with hair on the floor. There were 3 of us and we paid an extra $27 for the 3rd adult but only 2 towels in the room. We asked for the tissues and towels twice and finally they were delivered late in the evening. Also, the phone in the room rang 3 times in the middle of the night, I answered and nobody responded. A glitch? Such an odd experience overall but since we only were passing through and stayed one night just pushed through it!

The room was really nice and suited our needs. However it would have been perfect if we at least had a coffee maker, microwave, and bar fridge. Our stay was one week and all we got was 2 bottles of water daily and 2 clean glasses. This was really unusual as We travel a lot and were quite Surprised that there was nothing in the room to at least make a simple breakfast.

Me lleve una mala experiencia, pues para empezar, me obligan a dejar 1,000 pesos de deposito por si se PIERDE algo, aunque se deja una baucher abierto para gastos, despues me quede consumiendo en el bar viendo las carreras de fórmula 1, cuando termino hice mi salida y me querían cobrar 2,000 pesos por salir despues de las, cuando estuve consumiendo en el bar. muy desagradable

El lugar y el hotel bien , el problema que como recomendación deberían trabajar es la falta de flexibilidad del personal de la recepción , pues pedi de favor me dieran 1 hora para salir , ya que tenía una junta de trabajo y me dijeron que no , que después de 10 min después de la hora de salida, si no se desocupaba cobrarían una noche extra , y así lo intentaron hacer , el hotel me gustaba pero con esas actitudes he migrado a otros hoteles cercanos con mayor flexibilidad y comprension

Ambiente agradável, quartos remodelados e bem mantidos. Boa decoração no geral. Equipe boa, apesar de muito formal, mas sem saber como agir em situações simples fora da rotina para atender o cliente (esqueci o celular em um taxi ao hotel e ninguem conseguia uma simples autorizacao para acessar o video da camera de seguranca para identificar a companhia de taxi; felizmente o Google me ajudou). Restaurante poderia ser melhor, e o café da manhã é muito atrelado a cozinha mexicana; como tanto o restaurante como o café da manhã operam com cardápio, poderiam ter opções "não mexicanas". A equipe que atende o cafe da manha é muito formal e lenta.

El hotel se mantiene limpio y agradable. Es como un viaje en el tiempo. Los jardines son muy bonitos y la decoración te lleva a otra época. Esto es lo que le da su encanto, pero al mismo tiempo, le vendría bien una renovación. Como nota adicional, el restaurante me pareció muy caro para la calidad de la comida. El servicio de todo el personal, fabuloso.

Room was clean and fresh smelling. Entire hotel seemed spotless and well kept. Front desk was very friendly and quick service. Only disappointment was the room was supposed to have jacuzzi but only had a regular tub. Toiletries provided smelled very nice. Close to Walmart if you needed to get something. Would definitely go back. Also they have security and private parking a necessity in the city.
